We came back to test drive a few vehicles, and Kenny booked off half a day to help us with every step of the decision and sale. He helped us get a great price for the car and he even stayed late when we were delayed by ICBC registration. He was so thoughtful to teach us abt the new technology in the vehicle and he followed up the next week to make sure we were happy with the car. Natalie Bremner helped us complete the purchase with financing when we ran into a snag with BMO's weekend branch hours. She had great suggestions for us and also followed up the next week to make sure everything was good. Poor Navigation system The people and the service I’ve received is excellent; However, I do have issues with the Navigation system. I find it unreliable. It sometimes tells me to turn the wrong way, brings up US addresses, which I’ve heard other people complain about. Doesn’t except addresses The day I went in for my 1st service, 4 other people were in with complaints about their Nav system. The navigation system was my most important option, as my sense of direction isn’t great, so this is a big disappointment for me Also, I sometimes have issues with the Bluetooth when making a call. Sometimes when I press the phone button on the steering wheel to make a call, the call screen doesn’t show up, it stays on the radio screen. Sometimes it just cuts out while I’m driving More
