Poor Navigation system The people and the service I’ve received is excellent; However, I do have issues with the Navigation system. I find it unreliable. It sometimes tells me to turn the wrong way, brings up US addresses, which I’ve heard other people complain about. Doesn’t except addresses The day I went in for my 1st service, 4 other people were in with complaints about their Nav system. The navigation system was my most important option, as my sense of direction isn’t great, so this is a big disappointment for me Also, I sometimes have issues with the Bluetooth when making a call. Sometimes when I press the phone button on the steering wheel to make a call, the call screen doesn’t show up, it stays on the radio screen. Sometimes it just cuts out while I’m driving More

My purchase. One thing I dislike about car dealerships is that salespersons descend on you like vultures on a fresh carcass. They are usually pushy with their sale One thing I dislike about car dealerships is that salespersons descend on you like vultures on a fresh carcass. They are usually pushy with their sales pitches. When this occurs, I tend to leave the premises. Tiffany, however, did not act like this. I do not make decisions quickly about major purchases, and may return to the dealership 2-3 times until I am sure that I am ready to make the purchase. Tiffany displayed great patience while I tested (on separate occasions) three different vehicles. She has a very pleasant demeanour, and I never felt any pressure to buy, I think this was a major factor in my decision to buy the 2017 Impreza from Wolfe Subaru on Boundary Rd. More
