Buy Back Program Earlier this week my Hyundai Tuscon was brought in for the oil change maintenance. While there I spoke to a person about selling the car which is 1yr Earlier this week my Hyundai Tuscon was brought in for the oil change maintenance. While there I spoke to a person about selling the car which is 1yr 8 months old, as I explained I was relocation to Asia for a few years, leaving in Jan 2020. The person came back moments later with an offer of 17k. I looked at her and replied, I paid 50k 1yr 8 months ago. The offer of 17k is very low and feel I am being taken advantage of due to leaving in Jan. The person did reply it was low, also asked if I was going to be stuck. I left shocked. Being taken advantage of at my age by a dealership I bought the car from and always kept the maintenance on this vehicule. Oddly, not 4 months ago, the same dealership Ontario Hyundai Whitby called and asked if I was interested in selling the car and next time in to see Sunny. Well I did, the response I received was, all is good, but should wait another year to sell. I am very disappointed in Hyundai Whitby for the way they are taking advantage, wonder if they do the same when purchasing new vehicles. Is there a Hyundai dealership out there that offers fair pricing on their own cars similar to their buy back program. Not impressed with the tactics. Blair Oshawa More

If l could give zero star rating for service department l would. Customer service is invisible! Dropped my vehicle off at 9:50 for a 10:30 appointment, went down the street for a coffee and returned at 11:40 would. Customer service is invisible! Dropped my vehicle off at 9:50 for a 10:30 appointment, went down the street for a coffee and returned at 11:40 and they had not even looked at vehicle yet. The only reason it was even in today was so they could fix something they damaged due to improper service last week. They screw up my vehicle and then don't make it a priority to get it fixed and out to return to me. Repair only took 20 minutes but they turned it into a 2.5 hr wait! When l returned at 11:40 the service advisor Daniel advised me l could always reschedule my appointment. WOW! Our sales person Bruce has always been great to deal with during the purchase of our 6 vehicles iver the years, the service department really sucks! More
