We hadn't decided between an SUV or a Truck as we wanted a vehicle that would tow up to 5000lbs. We looked around during the summer. We decided to finally purchase a new vehicle this fall. After visiting a few other dealerships, the outstanding service and follow up from Phil McLean after our initial visit brought us back to Ontario Hyundi We are now happy owners of a Santa Fe XL. The dealership as a whole was good to deal with However Phil takes customer service up a few notches. The most professional and knowledgable salesperson we have ever dealt with. He would be an asset to any company. I hope the service aspect and the car can live up to the high bar that has been set by Phil! More

Bait & Switch...then the extras!!! I came to this particular dealer looking for a 2016 Hyundai. They tried to sell me a 2017. Thanks, but I know what I want. Finally, get back to the 20 I came to this particular dealer looking for a 2016 Hyundai. They tried to sell me a 2017. Thanks, but I know what I want. Finally, get back to the 2016, and then the price starts creeping up, then they want to add in an "800 security system" to their price. But guess what, they don't tell you about all the extras they want to throw in there to boot!!! This dealer is the ultimate, in trickery, bait and switch, and just dispicable car sales tatics. Don't waste your time!!! More

I MIGHT SAY WE HAD BEEN AT ANOTHER DEALER EARLIER IN THE DAY AND I WASN'T IMPRESSED AT ALL. WHEN I MET PHIL MCLEAN AND TALKED FOR A FEW HOURS I DECIDED THAT I WANTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.
