Once I new everything I needed to know about additional dealer/government charges and signed the paper work, Frank set in motion a search for my New Black Accent GLS with a manual transmission and by the end of the week I walked away with the keys. Thanks Frank, will recommend you to anyone I know who is looking for a new Hyundai ! More
Not impressed No complaints about the sales experience. The Service department is another story. First oil change at 3 months, only had 3000 km on vehicle, Service rep tried to sell me Tire rotation. At only 3000 km? Yeah, I was told, even of you have zero km, you should rotate them. I must look like I just fell off the turnip truck. Next oil change, at 6 months, he tells me I'm due for the ANNUAL maintenance. Huh? I'v only had it six months. Oh, we go by the date of manufacture, not the sales date. Acer Computers tried the same excuse to weasel out of their warranty. Didn't work then, not going to work now. Happy with the vehicle, I only had one issue come up, a rattle from the rear. Couldn't locate the source, (I can't get under the vehicle) and dealer diagnosed it as bushing on rear sway bar. Perts were ordered and I went in for the repair. When done, I drove off, and didn't get two feet before I heard the usual rattle, rattle, rattle. I'm elderly and hard of hearing, and if I could hear it, whoever drove my vehicle from the service bay to the parking area had to have heard it. Yet I was sent on my way as if it had been repaired. I traded in an old vehicle which didn't have a single rattle, and here I am driving a new Hyundai that rattles. So, I went to a shop that deals in suspension work, and are known to be reliable. Didn't take them long to find the culprit. Not suspension related, but a loose plastic plate near a rear wheel. They didn't fix it, since they don't do bodywork, and suggested I take it back to the dealer. Given the incompetence I encountered, I'll wait until the weather warms and see if I can deal with it myself. Not impressed. More

Enough with this dealership My vehicle is barely 2 years old and under warranty. I recently went to the dealership with a minor non mechanical problem that had nothing to do with My vehicle is barely 2 years old and under warranty. I recently went to the dealership with a minor non mechanical problem that had nothing to do with me but the vehicle. I showed up and was informed that warranty won't cover the issue and I was quoted 350.00 dollars! A few days later went to my home dealership where I purchased the vehicle from for second opinion. They immediately said it's covered by warranty and they ordered the part and I paid 0.00! So what's going on at the Whitby dealership? I won't go back there ever again and I suggest before you pay for any service seek a second opinion! What an embarrassment they say not covered by warranty another dealership says No Problem, More

There is a lot (more than the usual) of upselling every single time we bring our car in for the oil change and we end up spending more than we would have if we'd not had the oil change package! The guy at the desk in service makes it like the 'extra' work is necessary - despite the fact that the car is new!. I am very disappointed as I have owned several different cars (new or used) in my life and I find this service center very unpleasant. I have the impression that they are there for the dealership and not my interests or needs at all. More

As a first-time buyer and newly graduate, car sales can be scary and overwhelming. Stephanie did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable with my decisions and stayed patient while I eventually made those decisions. Stephanie helped make buying my first car more exciting and fun than stressful. I will recommend her to all of my twentysomething friends. Thank you! More
