When my engine light came on, I had it towed to Hyundai Whitby. Philip had my car in service right away and was in constant communication with updates. Not only did they repair the problem, but they found Whitby. Philip had my car in service right away and was in constant communication with updates. Not only did they repair the problem, but they found a couple of other small issues to repair before my warranty runs out. Car was serviced in a timely manner and I cannot thank Philip enough for taking such care to get the job done quickly and keeping me informed. Always get great service from him but he went above and beyond. Thank you. More
My wife and I went in after making an appointment on-line to test drive a Kona. When we arrived, the sales person had no idea we were coming and mentioned there were issues with the on-line booking system. to test drive a Kona. When we arrived, the sales person had no idea we were coming and mentioned there were issues with the on-line booking system. In addition, there were no cars to test drive. There was no apology. We were told they have no inventory and they weren't likely to have any ...ever. I find it appalling that people are expected to buy cars without test driving them. Dealerships seem to be taking advantage of the "supply chain issues" and there is no incentive to improve the situation. You are better off ordering a car on-line. Who needs sales people? More

Extremely unprofessional behaviour by the sales executive. Although it is understandable that with pandemic and other issues, waiting period is longer. But my personal sales guy doesnt have courtes executive. Although it is understandable that with pandemic and other issues, waiting period is longer. But my personal sales guy doesnt have courtesy to get in touch to provide the latest update about the current status. After multiple calls, I could not get hold of him, a couple of days before the ETA of the car. Finally he replies me on the email and lets me know that car is here but due to a certain recall issue, he is unable to hand the car and would let me know once he gets the update. After a week on not recieving any updates I tried to reach him. Again couldn’t get hold of him. This time he calls me back and angrily asks me what my problem is and why do I call the dealership? He then apologizes saying he thought me of some other customer. It been 8 days since the dealership has had the parts to do the necessary changes for the recall and hand the car but he still neither has updated me on the day nor do i have any idea about the whereabouts. The sales guy also never got back to me with the insurance quote I requested for after booking the car (30-35days). DO NOT give a chance to this dealership !! For sure gonna regret ! More
