Recall on 2015 odyssey My wife went to Olympic Honda to do recall(rear sests) on my 2015 Honda odyssey on Monday April 16 2018. After 2 hours car was ready to go😁. But!!!! As soon she went to pick it up the service gentlemen told her that there is a weard sound under the hood but the mechanic check it out and everything was normal???. When she got home I realized something was wrong. I opened the hood and the cover from air filter was open. I never told them to look under the hood!!!!! Especially if they can't even put the peaces back together!!!!! That was the noise and thankfully it was only this kind of problem. There are learning students not mechanics 👎👎👎👎👎 More

They service my vehicle as per vehicle's need. On May the 31st/18 I went Olympic Honda for my winter tire swap, servicing of Parking Brake as I felt the liver was very loose and I was ready to pay. After diagnosis they said the parking brake is okay which doesn't need any service. They've saved my money. Although I believe that it's liver is still very loose. Secondly, I was ready to replace my winter tires. I asked them to check. After checking they said that the tires are good, no need to change. They've saved my money. Thirdly, I've been servicing my Accord at Olympic Honda for the last five years. My car never been stuck on the road. More

On arriving, I was greeted by Jeff who quickly filled out the work order, and promised me my vehicle back within one hour. It only took 30 minutes to fix the problem and I was on my way. After delivery they are not helpful at all I have a matter pending with them about my refundable despot, which they didn't resolve. They blame Honda Finance and Honda Finance blames them. They took my signatures on a duplicate contract and never gave me a copy. It is a sort of cheating. Last 4 years, 2-3 management have changed. This shows, they are not professionals at all in dealing with the customers. So be careful what you sign. They have broken my trust. More
