After delivery they are not helpful at all I have a matter pending with them about my refundable despot, which they didn't resolve. They blame Honda Finance and Honda Finance blames them. They took my signatures on a duplicate contract and never gave me a copy. It is a sort of cheating. Last 4 years, 2-3 management have changed. This shows, they are not professionals at all in dealing with the customers. So be careful what you sign. They have broken my trust. More

We were promised a feature that did no exist on the model we bought and asked for some answers/resolution on the issue. The manager Dave originally called me back to discuss and said he'd get to the bottom of it, but I never heard back from him. I tried calling multiple times and was brushed off, so I went in to speak with him and he refused to acknowledge me and would not talk to me. Absolutley the worst customer service I have ever experienced, ESPECIALLY for a longtime customer. He did not care. I have since taken my service to Cambridge City Honda, where I experienced great service. They have an express service and my oil change was done in less than 20 minutes and i got a free carwash. Neither of these would ever happen at Olympic. I've waited hours on a walk in for service, and made appointments, only to be bumped by walk ins. The service centre is either extremely over booked or just extremely slow. Do yourself a favour and do not shop at Olympic Honda. Go somewhere else. Hondas are amazing vehicles, but Olympic does not know how to treat a customer. I will likely shop at Cambridge City from now on. More

BAD DEALERSHIP Saleslady denied us a test drive of a new Honda... It's a vehicle we were ready to pay the down payment on and they just lost a customer. We ended up purchasing a CPO Cadillac from the GM dealer nearby who we're much less rude to us. Would NEVER return. More
Buy your Honda anywhere but here I tend to over-research a lot of purchases - cars included. So, in my search for a new vehicle, I actually went to 6 different Honda dealerships. Te I tend to over-research a lot of purchases - cars included. So, in my search for a new vehicle, I actually went to 6 different Honda dealerships. Test drove at 3 of them and got pricing at 4. Olympic Honda was the sneakiest dealership I went to. Firstly, they will tell you that the $399 anti-theft program (basically your VIN gets etched into the car so if someone pulls the stickers off it's still there) is mandatory because it's done before the cars arrive on the lot. THIS IS A LIE. I was also told that there would be an insurance benefit. I called my insurance company. THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS AND WOULD NOT PROVIDE A DISCOUNT! VIN etching is a package that some dealerships (obviously this one, but no others int he ti-city area) bought into and are now stuck trying to pass off the cost to the customer. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS!! Locking wheel nuts - sure, if you live in an area with high crime, wheel theft might be an issue - or if you've splurged for $2000 fancy rims. However, stock rims aren't really something thieves seem to be after. I was told that this price can't be waived because the locks get put on as soon as the car hits the lot. My response was well, if you put them on here, you can take them off here and not charge me for it. My other issue with this dealership is the "I have to clear this with my manager", and the back and forth that ensues when negotiating. Empower your employees to make a decision! Also, don't force me to hand my credit card over while the employee goes and talks to the manager. I was reticent to do this, but I did, and the employee came back - WITHOUT MY CREDIT CARD!!! I refused to continue any conversations until he went and got it (which he did). The employee I worked with was actually really good - very knowledgable about the vehicle and its abilities, provided timely responses to my emails, and went out of his way to accommodate me in terms of test driving the car. The issue doesn't lie with him, it lies with the practices and procedures of the dealership, which, I assume are delivered top down from the owner/manager. Ended up buying my car from Waterloo Honda - was a much better experience. More
