I cant believe the dishonesty on behalf of both the sales girl and manager!I called them out on lies a total of 5 time s a brand new CRV DIED in the parking lot' when I called to let them know I was out thro girl and manager!I called them out on lies a total of 5 time s a brand new CRV DIED in the parking lot' when I called to let them know I was out through to service who put me on hold(sales floor probably taking their sweet time) only to have to pay for CAA- we requested $500 off for the hassle(dead battery and two hours of our life wasted)and paul the sales manager was making excuses and was BEYOND ridiculously rude and hostile. This place used to be an amazing dealership- the old owner(in year 2000)would never allow the disrespect and dishonesty from this dealership . we ended up leaving and going to another dealership and getting exactly what we wanted for a better price and amazing customer service. Olympic Honda used to be on the top of my list- now I wouldn't even reccomend a rat step onto this property! More

I had a coolant leak looked at here, they claimed it was a head gasket leak. I had my car towed to my normal mechanic, he spend 5 hours going over it, no evidence of a head gasket leak, just a $20 thermosta a head gasket leak. I had my car towed to my normal mechanic, he spend 5 hours going over it, no evidence of a head gasket leak, just a $20 thermostat gasket replacement. These clowns wanted $1200 + tax to replace something that wasn't broken. Absolutely disgusting. More
last October,I went to Olympic Honda to have oil change and tire rotation. In the middle of the service I was told one of my rear wheels need do alignment. I refused because I bought my brand new 2011 CRV and tire rotation. In the middle of the service I was told one of my rear wheels need do alignment. I refused because I bought my brand new 2011 CRV for only nine months, although the guy there try to convince me that it need 100 dollars to fix it or I need to pay 200 dollars for a tire later. soon when I drive my car out of the store, I found my steering wheel was not in the middle position. I went back, the guy argued that it was why I need to do alignment. I told him my steering wheel had been in the middle position when I drove in.Then, one guy came to the front and said he knew what happened but could only fix it next day, because the technician dealt with my car had already left. I told my wife in the evening and we decided to pay the alignment fee to get everything OK because this is a new car and this is our first maintenance service. The next day, when I was in store, I told them I would pay for the alignment fee and got everything done. I got 10 dollars discount for my return. Later, my friend told me that I was cheated because if I only change oil and had tire rotated, my steering wheel would not change position, it must be some one adjust my alignment and forgot to move my steering to the middle position when I first went there. I called to Olympic Honda service manager. After several calling, he said he would send me a refund check. it seemed everthing was fine, but I have never received my check. I called him again and again, he always give me some excuse like someone is on vacation or he would call me as soon as he found what was wrong. Finally, after more than two months, he told me he would not give me refund because he found no reason to do so. More
My sister, husband and her father in law bought 2 2004 Honda CRV. They went to 3 dealerships. Since, they were buying two vehicles one for my sister and her husband and one for her father-in-law, they t Honda CRV. They went to 3 dealerships. Since, they were buying two vehicles one for my sister and her husband and one for her father-in-law, they thought they could get a better deal. They finally decided on buying at another dealership other than Olympic. The two unsuccessful dealers phoned and asked why they did not get the sale. Olympic Honda sales staff phoned and when my sister gave the reason for buying at the other dealer, my sister was sworn at, told she could not have gotten the price she did. The second dealer who is closest to my sister was great. He said he was sorry that he could not meet the price but said please don't be shy about having their vehicle serviced at his dealership and please enjoy their new CRV. More
