Should not trust the sales Avoid this dealership!!! This is what happened to me, I had a 2011 leased Chevy Traverse. Early this year, a sales guy from Old Mill, named Jamil Avoid this dealership!!! This is what happened to me, I had a 2011 leased Chevy Traverse. Early this year, a sales guy from Old Mill, named Jamil Kadri, called me asking if I want to trade in my car to get a new 2015 model. I didn't know where he got my contact info, but I told him mine was a leased vehicle, I got this car in July 2011 and I loved my car so probably would keep it after the lease-end. Besides, where I live is very far from his dealership, I would rather do business with a closed-by one. Jamil said another dealership Eastside GM nearby actually share the same ownership with Old Mill GM, so he has no problem to come and do the business at Eastside, and then he continuously calling me in the following 2 months try to persuade me to buy from him. He said Old Mill can buyout my car so I don't need to worry about what left of my lease term. Meantime, He also asked me to call GM Financial to get the buyout price for my car. At that time I thought if my monthly payment would not increase too much, and the buyout stay the same, it might not be a bad choice to switch to a new one, right? So at last, I agreed to meet him at Eastside GM when I was doing the regular maintenance, I said "come and take a look my car, if you still interested maybe we can make a deal". He showed up and started telling me what I would pay for maintenance if I decided to keep my old one. This guy seems very professional and certainly he was very persuasive. He said that if I buy a new one from him, the OLD Mill will pay off what left on my lease payment of my old vehicle, and it will be returned to GM. Based on that, finally, I took one offer he provide. But since then, my nightmare starts. First, the day when I should get the new car and give them the old one, Jamil asked me to go to Old Mill dealership to sign the bill and bring the ownership paper. I asked him why we can't do the business at Eastside as he promised to do? He reluctantly agree to came. but he said due to the reason I cannot be at Old Mill right now to show the car ownership, I have to pay $14 to let him get a new one. I said okay, but actually I payed $28 at last. It's just a little, so I didn't say anything. Second, before I got the car I asked him to get a new model with the same functionality as the old one, but the new one actually missing one important feature, remote starter, which I had on my old car. He said if I want it back I have to pay $500+, because it not come as standard, why could he mention it earlier? but It's okay, I didn't asked him get it. Third, I received a call later from GM Financial, said I have to pay $100 for two stickers on my old car. Comeon! its just removable sticker, worth less then $1, if I knew, I will remove myself for sure! When Jamil took the car from me he didn't tell me I need to remove it. So I asked him to help me remove it, because the car was not with me anymore. After a week of communication, finally he send me a short message said it been removed. I asked him to notice GM Financial, he said will do, but a month passed still not done! Fourth, this one is most UNACCEPTABLE!, Old Mill took my old car away from me and switched the ownership at March 31st, but in April 15th, I still being charged for a monthly payment for my old leased car. I payed $530 for a car I don't even own anymore. I checked with GM Financial, they said the dealer didn't pay off all my lease payment left, which they promised to do! I tried to contact Old Mill many times to make things right, but Jamil and his manager refused, because I don't have a written proof about what they said. I also contacted GM customer service, but GM said they cannot help me because Old Mil is a standalone company, not part of GM. As you can see my experiences was far from smooth. I learned my lesson, Don't trust what they promised. I trusted this GM dealership but he turn out to be a liar and irresponsible! if you cannot avoid this dealer remember you have to always ask them to write down and sign, before you signed the deal. My memorable Car shopping experience. After years of driving the same Car I became frustrated due to the amount of work and money that was being put into it so wanted to trade in. I visite After years of driving the same Car I became frustrated due to the amount of work and money that was being put into it so wanted to trade in. I visited old mill GM and was introduced to Miguel Lima who assured me that he could work out something, I gave him a budget to work with and an idea of what vehicle I was looking for. I was amazed that at the end I walk away with a New 2015 Vehicle that was equipped with everything that I had asked for. The service was excellent from start to finish and I have recommended a few friends to Oldmill GM and to request Miguel Lima's Services.within a week of recommending friends, one individual has already bought a 2015 GMC. Excellent Service and welcoming atmosphere highly recommend. More

Over filling my oil (5times) fixing wrong items, forgetting to balance tires after putting new ones on Vechicle, threw spare tire in jack in back seat and told I put it back myself as it's not part of thier service and the list goes on. It takes hours to get an oil change or get anything fixed. Expressed displeasure to GM manager of dealership and she treated me like I was unreasonable. I WILL NEVER go back!!! More

Very bad re-call service I own a 2007 Saturn Ion which is subject to 2 recalls at this time: one for Ignition Switch issues and the second for Electric Power Steering Assist p I own a 2007 Saturn Ion which is subject to 2 recalls at this time: one for Ignition Switch issues and the second for Electric Power Steering Assist problems. I called the dealer in May to arrange for the Ignition Switch work and was told the parts would be available in about a month. I was called at the very end of June and was told that the parts were in, but as I was heading out of town the next day for a month, we arranged to have the service completed on August 6 at 10 am. I was told the service would take about an hour. I had recently received the second recall and asked them to order the Power steering parts as the notice stated that it would be a month before the parts were to be received. On Aug 6 I arrived at 10am to get the work done, prepared to wait for the work to be completed. I was told that it would not be ready until 7pm. I re-arranged my schedule for the day and left the car. I was told that the parts might be there for the second recall. I returned at 7 and was told that the car was just then for the servicing (which means I could have had use of the car all that day)! I left and returned at 8. The car was not quite ready, and after 10 minutes the car was brought out, but only the first recall work had been done - the parts department had been incorrect about the receiving the other parts. I have cancelled the second recall work at this dealership and will seek another dealer to perform the work. I will never go to this dealer again and will recommend to all that I know to avoid them. My experience was Exactly the same as the user below who writes about the front end knocking and pulling that turned into a rotor replacement that turned into leaving the dealership without breaks and not g writes about the front end knocking and pulling that turned into a rotor replacement that turned into leaving the dealership without breaks and not getting your old parts that turned intoa tire rotation that turned into bent rims!!! After reading that I could not believe it! They have scammed multiple people exactly the same way! The owner and head office have done NOTHING! We refuse to give these well oiled scammers any more of our business! More
A number if things wrong here. They quoted me the wrong amount of time to service vehicle for oil change. They then quoted me the wrong price. When I was visibly upset at all this they didn't even say sorr amount of time to service vehicle for oil change. They then quoted me the wrong price.
