Poor service and a big rip off!!!! I've brought my car here a few times over the last few years because it's close to my house and I didn't know of any other mechanics. I've already spe I've brought my car here a few times over the last few years because it's close to my house and I didn't know of any other mechanics. I've already spent thousands at this place in the last few years for service. Last month I brought my car in for service to fix the thermostat and they charged me $750. They got me in for an appointment the next day on a Saturday. My car was there all day, nobody contacted me to let me know what was going on with my car, I had to call them numerous times to see if my car was done. The service rep didn't even give me his name or business card for me to contact him during the day, so I had to figure it out on my own. 2 weeks later my engine light came back on so I took it to another mechanic to get diagnosed and it said it was the thermostat again! So I took it back to old mill expecting them to fix my car properly at no charge since they didn't do their job properly the first time. They gave me the run around saying it's not related to what they just fixed 2 weeks ago but saying it was the thermostat sensor and that it's gonna cost another $500! How is the thermostat sensor not related to the the thermostat that they just fixed 2 weeks before?! So I went to get my car out of there immediately and brought it else where! On top of that they said I needed new rear rotors and we're trying to charge me $750 for them! I found another place they charged me $270 for rotors and $100 for the sensor. This place is the biggest rip off ever and they just took advantage of me, maybe because I was a girl?!! Never going back here again! More
