Poor service and a big rip off!!!! I've brought my car here a few times over the last few years because it's close to my house and I didn't know of any other mechanics. I've already spent thousands at this place in the last few years for service. Last month I brought my car in for service to fix the thermostat and they charged me $750. They got me in for an appointment the next day on a Saturday. My car was there all day, nobody contacted me to let me know what was going on with my car, I had to call them numerous times to see if my car was done. The service rep didn't even give me his name or business card for me to contact him during the day, so I had to figure it out on my own. 2 weeks later my engine light came back on so I took it to another mechanic to get diagnosed and it said it was the thermostat again! So I took it back to old mill expecting them to fix my car properly at no charge since they didn't do their job properly the first time. They gave me the run around saying it's not related to what they just fixed 2 weeks ago but saying it was the thermostat sensor and that it's gonna cost another $500! How is the thermostat sensor not related to the the thermostat that they just fixed 2 weeks before?! So I went to get my car out of there immediately and brought it else where! On top of that they said I needed new rear rotors and we're trying to charge me $750 for them! I found another place they charged me $270 for rotors and $100 for the sensor. This place is the biggest rip off ever and they just took advantage of me, maybe because I was a girl?!! Never going back here again! More

It was tough but they all worked late and hard to get what I asked and I was very happy. I love my new 2016 Malibu and I'm glad I went to the old mill location to get it! :) More

xxxxty service dept!!! xxxxTY SERVICE DEPT! Earlier this month, I made an appointment days in advance to bring in my Caddy for a simple part change on my door which would've xxxxTY SERVICE DEPT! Earlier this month, I made an appointment days in advance to bring in my Caddy for a simple part change on my door which would've taken minutes. Instead...my car stayed there for over 5 hours, I had to call them numerous times and chase them down for an explanation as to what's taking so long. I was then deliberately LIED to by both the service manager Eddie and the rep Hussain saying that they're working on my car as we speak while the whole time my car was untouched. When I eventually showed up at the shop since I was getting the run-around on the phone, their explanation for the delay was that they couldn't find the mechanic assigned to my car cuz he was working outside on another car and they couldn't see him. Seriously?! You couldn't find one of your employees for 5 hours...xxx?! To make matters worse, they then tell me that they ordered the wrong part to begin with weeks prior. So basically they had my car sit there for the day for absolutely no reason while lying to me the entire time that they're working on it. I was then told that the part will get reordered asap and that they'll call me once the part comes in. That was over 2 weeks ago...still waiting for that phone call fellas! On second thought, I'm not sure I want these incompetent idiots touching my car anymore so I think I'll go elsewhere for service moving forward. More

This dealership ruined my brand new truck I brought in my new truck for an oil change. The dealer caused negligence by putting a hole in my oil filter. After driving home from work my truck wa I brought in my new truck for an oil change. The dealer caused negligence by putting a hole in my oil filter. After driving home from work my truck was making loud noises and was not driving well. I get it towed to the dealer and they admited their fault. They say the truck is fine but my truck now has low oil pressure that wasn't like that before. They won't replace my engine or replace my vehicle they damaged. Would not recommend this dealership. More
