xxxxty service dept!!! xxxxTY SERVICE DEPT! Earlier this month, I made an appointment days in advance to bring in my Caddy for a simple part change on my door which would've xxxxTY SERVICE DEPT! Earlier this month, I made an appointment days in advance to bring in my Caddy for a simple part change on my door which would've taken minutes. Instead...my car stayed there for over 5 hours, I had to call them numerous times and chase them down for an explanation as to what's taking so long. I was then deliberately LIED to by both the service manager Eddie and the rep Hussain saying that they're working on my car as we speak while the whole time my car was untouched. When I eventually showed up at the shop since I was getting the run-around on the phone, their explanation for the delay was that they couldn't find the mechanic assigned to my car cuz he was working outside on another car and they couldn't see him. Seriously?! You couldn't find one of your employees for 5 hours...xxx?! To make matters worse, they then tell me that they ordered the wrong part to begin with weeks prior. So basically they had my car sit there for the day for absolutely no reason while lying to me the entire time that they're working on it. I was then told that the part will get reordered asap and that they'll call me once the part comes in. That was over 2 weeks ago...still waiting for that phone call fellas! On second thought, I'm not sure I want these incompetent idiots touching my car anymore so I think I'll go elsewhere for service moving forward. More

This dealership ruined my brand new truck I brought in my new truck for an oil change. The dealer caused negligence by putting a hole in my oil filter. After driving home from work my truck wa I brought in my new truck for an oil change. The dealer caused negligence by putting a hole in my oil filter. After driving home from work my truck was making loud noises and was not driving well. I get it towed to the dealer and they admited their fault. They say the truck is fine but my truck now has low oil pressure that wasn't like that before. They won't replace my engine or replace my vehicle they damaged. Would not recommend this dealership.
