My most recent service was last week...the "works" and I had an issue with the car stalling after start-up. My Service adviser Will L., welcomed me right away, understood my needs and arranged for the shuttle to drive me home. I have used the shuttle a number of times and always enjoy my trip with Cleve, the driver! Will called me, told me my car was ready and advised they diagnosed the stalling issue and would order the part. Will will call me when the part is available. Great customer experience! 2008 Ford Escape This would have been my 3rd transmission for my 2008 Ford Escape that I bought brand new in 2007. Ocean Park Ford said they could fix it for approx. This would have been my 3rd transmission for my 2008 Ford Escape that I bought brand new in 2007. Ocean Park Ford said they could fix it for approx. 3000.00-4000.00. So I asked them what could I get as a trade in after my car was fixed and the sales person said they would only give me what I paid to replace the transmission and nothing more. Very disappointed in this reply so I took my business else where and it only cost me 1792.00 all in for a new transmission. I will never buy another Ford, ever. More
