I have always taken my Ford Escape to Ocean Park Ford. I was rarely comfortable with their 'service guys' - the pressure techniques and blatant condescension were hard to take. However, when the Quick Lane Service Centre within Ford opened, I started to go there for maintenance. What a difference! Friendly, open, and honest service and ZERO 'man-splaining'. Superb Sales! This is the second time I have purchased a Ford Escape from the same Salesman Dawood. His knowledge, expertise and technical skills makes him successful at the job. The service department was great to work with but my truck had a major electrical problem so I traded in in on another F150. My salesman Don was great to deal with and worked hard to get me a very good truck had a major electrical problem so I traded in in on another F150. We went to Ocean Park Ford to buy a Ford F-150 we knew exactly what we wanted and had priced them out at different dealerships but wanted to stay close to home for our purchase. We went in and met a nice exactly what we wanted and had priced them out at different dealerships but wanted to stay close to home for our purchase. We went in and met a nice sales associate. We told him we had a trade in and showed him the deal we had from another dealership and asked if he could table a similar deal. We went into his office and he offered us a deal for $10 000 higher than the offer we had. We said that wasn’t going to work so he went to his managers office for a very long time. We were hungry so walked ourselves to the managers office to tell them that we were going to head out for something to eat and asked them to call if they figured something out. The manager sneered at us with disrespect and said this is going to take a while we haven’t even seen the trade yet. He was a complete dick so we walked out and knew we weren’t ever going back. The poor kid called the next day to try to salvage the sale. He said he could match the other deal (even though he still hadn’t seen the trade) so obviously they were playing some game making us wait in his office for so long. We were already on our way to pick up our new truck from Chilliwack Ford they made everything easy and treated us with complete friendliness and respect. We have now ordered a Bronco from Chilliwack Ford as well so that manager lost the poor kid two sales this year from us and I’m sure many more. More

It is always a good experience taking my car to Ocean Park Ford for a service!! They are always helpful and friendly. I have a 2007 Focus and they have kept it running like a top for me.
