I love this dealership. I had never heard of "fuses' up to the time we were stuck in Point Roberts and couldn't get the gear shift out of Park. Thanks to some wonderful people who decided they didn't want to leave us until they got on the road again and looked up information, read the manual and traded a 'fuse' for another fuse we were able to drive it home. BCAA could not come out until the following day asnd no hotels left us few options. I spoke with Colin and Lacee regarding gifting of the Mustang and have started replacing/repairing anything and everything that needs handling. Colin said they could change out all the front fuses and what a relief for me knowing that they will be able to drive the Mustang through the mountains with no hang ups. What was exceptionally nice is that my concerns became their concerns. This dealership is amazing and for years now, have solved issues that no-one else can. Next Colin is willing to take on a huge problem with our little motor home that has an engine light coming on and was taken to another dealership 13 times. Once repaired, I will be able to sell the motor home that has been so great for us and even if its used as sleeping accommodation on a recreation property it will end up to be repaired and have no issues. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received regarding the recall on my Bronco. When I took it in for regular service, the advisor informed me there was an active recall but that the parts were regarding the recall on my Bronco. When I took it in for regular service, the advisor informed me there was an active recall but that the parts were not yet available. I was told the parts would arrive within a week, and that the recall would be fixed as soon as they came in. It’s now been weeks, and despite calling numerous times, no one at this location seems to know anything about the status of the parts or whether they were ever ordered. Every time I call, I get a different answer or no answer at all. This level of communication is unacceptable, especially for a safety recall. Ford has a responsibility to ensure recalls are resolved promptly to protect drivers and their families. Leaving customers waiting indefinitely without updates or accountability is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on Ford’s customer care and service standards. I trusted Ford to take care of an important safety issue, and instead, I’m left waiting and wondering when or if it will ever be addressed. More
