This dealer is mostly awesome . My only issue . Its the day after my service and i am locked out of my truck because the lock wont open ( its -6 here today) these f150 locks freeze My only issue . I bought my used Ford F-150 from Ocean Park. DON HENSHALL was the salesman. When I bought it, he assured me that there is no problem with the truck and it went through safety inspection and th DON HENSHALL was the salesman. When I bought it, he assured me that there is no problem with the truck and it went through safety inspection and there is slight pulsation on the break and that is not a big problem. I told him I will be towing a trailer with it and he said that is ok. I took it to my mechanic before our trip and he told me the rotors needs to be replace and IT IS NOT SAFE to two a trailer with my family in it. I paid over $1200 to fix the break. I don't drive the truck on a daily basis. The other day, I noticed there was a puddle of water in the front mat. The truck was leaking. I took it to the Ocean Ford. They fixed the leak and charged me over $700. I am not sure what would be the next... More

I had to wait longer then I was originally told. The cost of the service was charged higher then what I was emailed by the dealership on the quote.
