For several months I dealt with service departments and the 'corporate robots' at Honda Canada, that which notably brought me to the brink of insanity. That's where Muneer noticed me and took me aside to at least discuss my options in a sensible manner. While not a miracle worker, he presented some potential resolutions to me in which one worked out to my satisfaction. His effort reversed the severed loyalties that I developed while rebuilding my trust back in driving a Honda. Thank you Muneer. More

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL Test drove with Assistant Sales Manager. Told him that I will test drive another one and will call you to finalize the offer. The tone of sales person changed and was shocked to hear racial comments exactly, " This is a different car serviced and maintained here. Not like Asians who do not change oiled for long time and expect the car to perform". Then came another one, " This is Oakville dealership for different class. The people just drop the keys and we do the service. Not like other customers where people go for cheap options." So if you are an Asian or do not belong to Oakville, remember this is not the dealership for you. However if want to be embarrassed, and belittled its your choice. Mix of rude, arrogant, pushy and bragging attitude. More
