They put on wrong tires and overcharged me; I was applying for rebate when I caught the error. They did credit me the excess funds charged. My second experience was for my first service for our 2014 odyssey. It is supposed to be a 2-3 hour appt. I requested shuttle when I booked the appt but on day of appt took an hour to get on shuttle then an additional 45 min because the shuttle takes multiple people. Then, FOUR hours later we finally receive a call that car is ready but no communication to say they are running behind. Basically stated this Honda location has no respect for client's time and extremely poor customer service. We will not be dealing with this Honda location again. More

Tu I had a screw imbedded in my tire and they agreed to squeeze me in after I told them I was going to go some where else to deal with the problem . Turns out there was no puncture and no patch needed . There was no charge and they even washed the car . So a nice surprise . Hopefully a sign of better things to come . More

Now I am still waiting to hear back from them to set me another appointment. Waste of time and money and just a big headache. I do not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from oakville honda. More
Low Ballers. Went to look at an Odyssey. Offered an X5 BMW trade. They low balled the tade. I chose to ignore them. They kept calling back with "great news". T Went to look at an Odyssey. Offered an X5 BMW trade. They low balled the tade. I chose to ignore them. They kept calling back with "great news". They had got a better price. Sure. These guys are scammers. They tried to steal my trade with the oldest slimy used car sales trick. I finally called them and said not interested. They still called back and made another offer. Again "great news" and a special offer "just for me" that they "couldn't put in the email for political reasons". LOL what the xxxx is that? Bottom line, stay away from these guys - look elsewhere. Do not trust this dealership I purchased a used 2010 Odyssey which was fine, however I was trading in a 2007 to be sold to a friend through Oakville Honda to save on the HST. To m I purchased a used 2010 Odyssey which was fine, however I was trading in a 2007 to be sold to a friend through Oakville Honda to save on the HST. To make a very long story short, their service department recommended over $3000 in work in order to pass the safety inspection. I knew some of it was not required since I had had the identical work done at Green and Ross a few months prior. This was later confirmed by my friend's mechanic who said the only true need was a pair of windshield wipers, although the brakes were just above the minimum. 2 months later a tire sensor was defective on the 2010 I had bought. When I called Oakville the sales rep said there was only a 30 day warranty (which he had never told me), and I could not even get the manager to return my call after repeated attempts. The net is you cannot trust this dealership, and the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. More
Never give business to Oakville Honda I had been to quiet a few dealers looking for a Honda Accord and everywhere I went, I was treated fairly well. The managers at most locations come out I had been to quiet a few dealers looking for a Honda Accord and everywhere I went, I was treated fairly well. The managers at most locations come out to talk to you in an attempt to close a deal. The manager (used car manager) here at Oakville Honda is the most arrogant human I have ever come across. This guy sits in his glass cubicle and has no curtsy to step out and talk to a potential client. I understand this concept that all car dealerships use of creating a layer between manager and clients but at times a manager needs to take a step ahead and try to close a deal. This guy is lucky to be with Honda which generally sells without too much trouble and he is even lucky to be at Oakville where he probably comes across people are fortunate to pay a little more. I question this managers sales ability to close a deal at another brand and another location. Save money, I bet you will find better deals for cars at dealership just little outside of Oakville. And even better you will be treated with respect unlike by this arrogant team. More

Everyone was incredibly helpful, This was our first time buying a car, and we had been to a few other dealerships. Oakville Honda was the best by far. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and we didn't feel like they were just trying to swindle us out of our money, like we had at other places. I highly recommend this dealership! We were working with Martin Saad, who was new to the dealership. He is an amazing asset to the dealership and I would work with him again in an instant. We will definitely be recommending him and the dealership to friends and family. More
Visit another dealership to buy a used Honda There are many fine used Honda dealerships in the GTA. This is not one of them. I would suggest that you go elsewhere to buy a used Honda. I had a mi There are many fine used Honda dealerships in the GTA. This is not one of them. I would suggest that you go elsewhere to buy a used Honda. I had a miserable experience purchasing my 2011CRV at Oakville Honda. I'm doing my best to forget the entire experience. My problems? 1>The loan manager lied to me on multiple occasions when we were reviewing the purchase agreement. (Me: In Service History, when the repair says 'Electrical System', what does that mean? George Khoshaba: Light bulbs. They replaced light bulbs. Me: I don't need a car loan. I have cash. George Khoshaba: It won't cost you a penny more to get a car loan through us. You can pay it off at any time.) 2>I paid $70 to get a full tank of gas. When I picked up the car, it was half full.(These guys are truly incompetent.) 3>The car came with key-less entry - which didn't work. (The car options were obviously not tested before the car was listed.) I visited the dealership twice and located a technician who could get it working. The salesman and I could only get it to work when standing right beside the car staring at the dashboard. 4>When I brought the car to my mechanic for a review he told me "I'm surprised that a Honda dealership sold you a car with these tires. They are barely legal. You will need new tires by the Fall." Was I gullible and an idiot? Absolutely. Are all used car dealerships the same? Certainly not. In fact my last car was used, purchased from a Toyota dealership. The salesman was wonderful, the car was completely reconditioned, the experience was stellar. More
I just bought the second Honda car at Honda Oakville. I contacted other brand shops and also other Honda dealership. As I have remembered friendly experiences with salesman, Jacky, I have always wanted to contacted other brand shops and also other Honda dealership. As I have remembered friendly experiences with salesman, Jacky, I have always wanted to do another business with Honda Oakville. Jacky is very responsive even after sales. Also, there was sales manager, Les, and he was so informative that I felt that I didn't just buy a car, but I learned about a car. Les helped me make an informed decision again. My kids also like to visit there because of cozy atmosphere and enjoy popcorns as much as they want. I do appreciate all the efforts and explanation by Les and Jacky, and hope to do another transaction with them. More
