We never felt uncomfortably pressured into the sale and all of our questions were answered. We had one issue that we had to follow up with and it was solved immediately so we were happy. Our only criticism is that we've only had the car for about a month now and our display in our car is already telling us that one of our keys has a low battery. I was not expecting this after only one month of use. More

Great service. Got a rock chip in my windshield. Got it replaced a few days later. Alex was more than helpful. He took care of me. Would recommend him to anyone. Got a rock chip in my windshield. poor service and rude attitude this dealer has poor service quality. i got my car serviced there and they said it will be ready at 2:00pm. I called 3 times after 2:00pm that day and this dealer has poor service quality. i got my car serviced there and they said it will be ready at 2:00pm. I called 3 times after 2:00pm that day and never got a clear answer. at 4:20PM, called again, first, they put me on hold for 5 minutes and cut off the call. when I called back again, they lied to me saying they called my cell phone and home phone to tell me the car is ready. I have call logs on both phones and never received a call from that dealer. The shuttle takes more than 1 hour to arrive. This service took almost a whole day. More

They put on wrong tires and overcharged me; I was applying for rebate when I caught the error. They did credit me the excess funds charged. My second experience was for my first service for our 2014 odyssey. It is supposed to be a 2-3 hour appt. I requested shuttle when I booked the appt but on day of appt took an hour to get on shuttle then an additional 45 min because the shuttle takes multiple people. Then, FOUR hours later we finally receive a call that car is ready but no communication to say they are running behind. Basically stated this Honda location has no respect for client's time and extremely poor customer service. We will not be dealing with this Honda location again. More
A nice surprise I had a screw imbedded in my tire and they agreed to squeeze me in after I told them I was going to go some where else to deal with the problem . Tu I had a screw imbedded in my tire and they agreed to squeeze me in after I told them I was going to go some where else to deal with the problem . Turns out there was no puncture and no patch needed . There was no charge and they even washed the car . So a nice surprise . Hopefully a sign of better things to come . More

Now I am still waiting to hear back from them to set me another appointment. Waste of time and money and just a big headache. I do not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from oakville honda. More
Low Ballers. Went to look at an Odyssey. Offered an X5 BMW trade. They low balled the tade. I chose to ignore them. They kept calling back with "great news". T Went to look at an Odyssey. Offered an X5 BMW trade. They low balled the tade. I chose to ignore them. They kept calling back with "great news". They had got a better price. Sure. These guys are scammers. They tried to steal my trade with the oldest slimy used car sales trick. I finally called them and said not interested. They still called back and made another offer. Again "great news" and a special offer "just for me" that they "couldn't put in the email for political reasons". LOL what the xxxx is that? Bottom line, stay away from these guys - look elsewhere. Do not trust this dealership I purchased a used 2010 Odyssey which was fine, however I was trading in a 2007 to be sold to a friend through Oakville Honda to save on the HST. To m I purchased a used 2010 Odyssey which was fine, however I was trading in a 2007 to be sold to a friend through Oakville Honda to save on the HST. To make a very long story short, their service department recommended over $3000 in work in order to pass the safety inspection. I knew some of it was not required since I had had the identical work done at Green and Ross a few months prior. This was later confirmed by my friend's mechanic who said the only true need was a pair of windshield wipers, although the brakes were just above the minimum. 2 months later a tire sensor was defective on the 2010 I had bought. When I called Oakville the sales rep said there was only a 30 day warranty (which he had never told me), and I could not even get the manager to return my call after repeated attempts. The net is you cannot trust this dealership, and the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. More
Never give business to Oakville Honda I had been to quiet a few dealers looking for a Honda Accord and everywhere I went, I was treated fairly well. The managers at most locations come out I had been to quiet a few dealers looking for a Honda Accord and everywhere I went, I was treated fairly well. The managers at most locations come out to talk to you in an attempt to close a deal. The manager (used car manager) here at Oakville Honda is the most arrogant human I have ever come across. This guy sits in his glass cubicle and has no curtsy to step out and talk to a potential client. I understand this concept that all car dealerships use of creating a layer between manager and clients but at times a manager needs to take a step ahead and try to close a deal. This guy is lucky to be with Honda which generally sells without too much trouble and he is even lucky to be at Oakville where he probably comes across people are fortunate to pay a little more. I question this managers sales ability to close a deal at another brand and another location. Save money, I bet you will find better deals for cars at dealership just little outside of Oakville. And even better you will be treated with respect unlike by this arrogant team. More
