Worst Service Experience I just bought a 2016 HR-V a couple months ago and just purchased 4 new wheels and tires for winter today. I made an appointment for 10am and was to I just bought a 2016 HR-V a couple months ago and just purchased 4 new wheels and tires for winter today. I made an appointment for 10am and was told it would take an hour to complete. I waited for 3 hours, watching people come and go while my simple service was sitting incomplete for hours. I was literally first in, last out. I was given excuses left and right as to why it had been delayed and assured it would only take a little longer...it took hours. Considering this was my first service appointment since purchasing my new vehicle with this dealership I was expecting something better than what I got. After the service was finally complete, they neglected to install my centre caps which had been paid for. After I got home I also noticed my valve stem caps were missing. There are also scratches on the body of my car that were not present before service. I would NOT recommend taking your vehicle for service here. Very unprofessional atmosphere with careless, inexperienced staff. More

While there I spotted the new 2017 ridge line and inquired about the cost. Muneer and his manager Prakash went above and beyond. To make a long story short my wife got her new crv and I got a new ridgelibe black edition. The team at oakville Honda is by far the best I've ever dealt with. They are the reason we followed them from one Honda dealership to this one. More

Five stars go to Muneer Malik-Noor. I was in an almost hopeless no-fault situation with a new car purchase that didn't go all that smooth. For several months I dealt with service depa I was in an almost hopeless no-fault situation with a new car purchase that didn't go all that smooth. For several months I dealt with service departments and the 'corporate robots' at Honda Canada, that which notably brought me to the brink of insanity. That's where Muneer noticed me and took me aside to at least discuss my options in a sensible manner. While not a miracle worker, he presented some potential resolutions to me in which one worked out to my satisfaction. His effort reversed the severed loyalties that I developed while rebuilding my trust back in driving a Honda. Thank you Muneer. More
HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL Test drove with Assistant Sales Manager. Told him that I will test drive another one and will call you to finalize the offer. The tone of sales person changed and was shocked to hear racial comments exactly, " This is a different car serviced and maintained here. Not like Asians who do not change oiled for long time and expect the car to perform". Then came another one, " This is Oakville dealership for different class. The people just drop the keys and we do the service. Not like other customers where people go for cheap options." So if you are an Asian or do not belong to Oakville, remember this is not the dealership for you. However if want to be embarrassed, and belittled its your choice. Mix of rude, arrogant, pushy and bragging attitude. More

Jacky was great; not happy with Brian Had great experience dealing with Jacky. He was true to his words and set right expectations. Was available and prompt to reply. Brian the finance guy was sounded rude when he realized I did not want additional protection packages. At one time he said "You must be crazy man". You never say that to a customer. Period. More
