The general manager is beyond rude, inconsiderate, very unprofessional, and rather lose a sale. I ended up buying a vehicle from another dealer, for a better price and warranty than Oakville Hond provided, unprofessional, and rather lose a sale. The service department at this dealership lies to their customers to do repairs that are not needed and they don't do the repairs that are needed. My most recent experience is that I found out a year later customers to do repairs that are not needed and they don't do the repairs that are needed. My most recent experience is that I found out a year later they sold me a replacement winter tire that was not the same size as the other three. I called a different Honda dealership and they were shocked and said it was not safe to have four tires of different sizes. You can't speak to anyone at this dealership to voice a complaint you only get access to the rude receptionist. Don't buy a car from this dealership or go to the service department. You will get service done that is not needed and will not get the service on your car that is needed. More

I'm currently in discussion with this dealership to resolve an issue of them misplacing my brand new tires and rims over the Winter. Waiting to hear if they will be offering to replace them.
