We dropped into the dealer in early 2017 and learned that the new 2018 was a complete redesign and decided to wait another year before buying. We dropped in late 2017 to have a look and pick up the literature. We had a discussion with the Manager at the time who connected us with sales person - Ryan Nifo. It took us a number of months to finally buy our ew Honda - life got in the way - but Ryan was patient, checked in occasionally, and sprung to action once we said we were ready for a test drive. We loved the no pressure sales process, the always friendly service staff, everyone at the dealership was great. We picked up the car this week and are very pleased with the process and the new car! More
They lying on people tell you something and they do somethin I was completely not happy with their services my car is new 2017 accord and I bring the car for oil change service it's first time for me and the age I was completely not happy with their services my car is new 2017 accord and I bring the car for oil change service it's first time for me and the agent guy said you should do break service I said why do you mean oil break too has to be change he said yes and he change me for that and when I pick up the car I said why you changed break oil I asked my husband and he said car is new no needed he answer no we didn't change oil break only. serviced I said you should explain for me in the bigning before you touch my breaks now I feel my breaks more smooth.... Avoid Dealership I went into Oakville Honda for service for an oil change for my 2018 Honda Civic. I had an absolutely horrible time at the dealership. This is my seco I went into Oakville Honda for service for an oil change for my 2018 Honda Civic. I had an absolutely horrible time at the dealership. This is my second trip to the dealership for an oil change. The first time I made the visit, the dealership took 3 hours for a simple oil change. After receiving the oil change, I used my loyalty card that I received when purchasing the vehicle to pay for the service. The dealership offers a $200 loyalty card for new customers. When paying for the service, I was informed that the card had a balance of $0. The service advisors figured out what was wrong and informed me that this issue would not happen again. Today, I experienced the same issue and had to wait an extremely long time for a simple oil change, but this time the service advisor Anthony Coventry was extremely rude and disrespectful. He informed me that I had a balance of $29 and when I tried to explain the issue to him, he would not listen to me. I was very kind about it. I also asked him to reach out to the Sales Manager Prakash that I purchased the car from, but he rudely told me that he's the 'Assistant Service Manager' and that any issue that occurs is taken up with him. I have never had a service advisor be impolite. Also, he charged me an extra $30 for a service and lied about the price. I did not realize that until I got home. I regret taking my car in for service at Oakville Honda. They provide the WORST service to customers taking in their car for service. I highly recommend avoiding Anthony. Him and the service team are completely unprofessional lying and overcharging customers for services. He charged me $90 for an oil change on a Honda Civic. The loyalty program is a complete scam. What really ticked me off was when Anthony stated that I would face the same issue next time I visit the dealership for service. I'm amazed at the audacity Anthony had to tell me that with a straight face. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership for service and going to a more respectful and trustworthy dealership for your Honda service. More

But I would highly recommend Kumaran and this dealership based on the service received. More
