I walked in there with my brother , just to check on Honda CRV .... knowing that we did put in a deposite for a totally different car agency and different car all together .... We met — RYAN NIFO — who was more than excellent and gave me such a different impression .... walked out with a big smile on face telling my brother I’m just getting the car from here no matter what ...... we canceled the other deal ... just coz we received a different service and excellent care from Ryan .. RYAN : if there is more than 200 % to rate you I would have choosen that ! Sooooo professional , polite , experienced , and knowledgable , patient , and explain every single step in details and really you would love dealing with him ..... He made us feel for the first time ever in Canada , that it’s like 10 stars 🌟 service by all mean ! Really impressed ... The whole process passed very smooth and excellent .... with no headache at all .... It was a Great Experience - 100% satisfied!! I had two very positive experiences with Honda Oakville. Due to the great service given by Moe Assi during the first experience when I did not buy an I had two very positive experiences with Honda Oakville. Due to the great service given by Moe Assi during the first experience when I did not buy anything, I returned to the dealership and bought my brand new 2018 Civic Touring. As a newcomer who did not have the slightest knowledge of on how the things works here, Moe got all the attention to explain the procedures and obligations on my side as well as of the dealership. During the final negotiation (more than 4 hours) I demonstrated that I was already knowledge of the prices, cars and conditions of the competitors (Honda and others) and Moe did a great job with the management to reach a really better condition than the competition to close the deal. All of this without forcing me to purchase any accessories or anything else as an insurance. As a proof of that, the color of the chosen vehicle was not in the inventory and he did not attempt to push any other vehicles out of the stock to reach the sales or price target. Also a great service also from Sami Assi of the financial services that spent almost 1 hour explaining all the topics related to financing and leasing systems. The lease was approved on the first business day after. Finally I have to emphasize all the affection and attention of Moe, Bill Lee-Poy and all the front desk staff with my son during the visits. Considering all of it, I am extremely happy with the level of customer services that I received. More
