Oh What a feeling! I received a call one morning and a voice that sounded like it should be on the radio was on the other end. He introduced himself asked if i was Joanne and asked how i liked my 2010 Journey. I told him that my husband needed to answer that and that he woulld not be home until later. Mike had asked if he could call back after 5 pm and i said ok. My husband arrived earlier than expected, he called to talk to Mike and arranged to meet him shortly. From the very beginning Mike was nothing but accommodating and asked a lot of questions of our wants and needs. Off into the yard we went when Mke came back with a set of keys to what he thought was the right fit for us. The test drive was better than expected! The comparison from our 2010 Journey to the 2014 Journey we were test driving was unbelievably so different. We were very impressed! We also asked to test drive a van but were rather quick to determine that there was NO comparison between the two vehicles. The right fit had been found with the first vehicle. Our decision to purchase the vehicle was a surprise to us. The staff as well as Mike went above and beyond to make our purchase and experience as perfect as they could. We picked up our new 2014 Black Journey Crossover the next day. Handshakes all around and i was even able to cut Mike's tie as this was tradition to do when a newbie makes his first sale. Revist? Most certainly. Recommend Mike and the Dealership? ABSOLUTELY! More

Immediately after my arrival the car was taken into the shop to evaluate the damages. John Dart was coordinating this quickly and provided me with all the information I needed. The pricing was dropped (not happening these days very often!) by saving one part to be replaced and the car was completed within one day. Considering the magnitude of the damage this was amazing. I interacted also with Kyle (the mechanic) and I was happy with the answers. Checking the car after completion I realize that Kyle is a very skilled mechanic including electrical stuff. Cruise control and rust Date: 2014-May-13. We bought or two cars 2012 Grand Caravan and Journey R/T, brand new from this location late 2012. Grand Caravan: Since we bought Date: 2014-May-13. Grand Caravan: Since we bought the car, the cruise control on the caravan was not functioning properly and shutdown by itself while driving. Problem was fixed and now car is in excellent shape. Journey R/T: Since we bought the car, it had kind of rust that was dripping on my driveway and now damaging my new natural stone driveway. Battery was changed today. I am certain problem is solved. When I contacted Oakville Chrysler, I spoke with Larry. The price was agreed and deal was completed over the phone. Out of the many many dealers that I spoke to, Larry was the only dealer who was true to his word and price given. Once I arrived in the showroom, deal was done in less then 10 minutes. The process was fast, efficient and simple. Paid my deposit and only had to wait a week to pick up my new toy. Great deal! I traded in my 2012 and drove away with the Laramie Limited 2014, gorgeous. When I arrived at the dealership I was instantly welcomed at the front desk and immediately taken into the showroom. I met Andrew Declavasio, the Assistant Sales Manager, who gave me the guidance and support I needed to make the right choice. Andrew was easy to talk to, he was able to figure out what exactly I wanted in a car and within minutes had me test driving a "Black 2010 Jeep Liberty Limited Edition". Sitting in the car, I just knew it was the right fit for me!
