Grand Caravan: Since we bought the car, the cruise control on the caravan was not functioning properly and shutdown by itself while driving. Problem was fixed and now car is in excellent shape. Journey R/T: Since we bought the car, it had kind of rust that was dripping on my driveway and now damaging my new natural stone driveway. Battery was changed today. I am certain problem is solved. When I contacted Oakville Chrysler, I spoke with Larry. The price was agreed and deal was completed over the phone. Out of the many many dealers that I spoke to, Larry was the only dealer who was true to his word and price given. Once I arrived in the showroom, deal was done in less then 10 minutes. The process was fast, efficient and simple. Paid my deposit and only had to wait a week to pick up my new toy. Great deal! I traded in my 2012 and drove away with the Laramie Limited 2014, gorgeous. Fantastic Job, Happy Customer! I was looking to purchase my very first car, no input or opinions from family or friends, I was ready to do it on my own! When I arrived at the dealer I was looking to purchase my very first car, no input or opinions from family or friends, I was ready to do it on my own! When I arrived at the dealership I was instantly welcomed at the front desk and immediately taken into the showroom. I met Andrew Declavasio, the Assistant Sales Manager, who gave me the guidance and support I needed to make the right choice. Andrew was easy to talk to, he was able to figure out what exactly I wanted in a car and within minutes had me test driving a "Black 2010 Jeep Liberty Limited Edition". Sitting in the car, I just knew it was the right fit for me! After falling in love with the jeep, Andrew brought me back to his desk to discuss details and was so kind to show me even the smallest details about the car agreement. I felt very comfortable, never pressured and was super excited! The rest of the process went smoothly and I was happy with my purchase choice. Oakville Chrysler I visited Oakville Chrysler dealer several time. The first time it was more than a year ago. Then I reviewed and tested several vehicles there. The sales person was very friendly to me, showed me every car I wanted to see, offered my test in cars with different engines and trim levels so I could compare my impressions. She even arranged a test drive at a different location because the Oakville Chrysler did not have the vehicle of the configuration which I requested. Now I visited the dealer again with intention to try a used Chrysler 300 which I found in the AutoTrader.ca. Larry Domenco who assisted me was friendly, answered all my questions about the car, arranged a test drive and finally we struck a deal on the car with trading in my previous vehicle. But I should mention that I could get no discount on the advertised price and the price offered for my trade-in was below my expectations either. Overall I am quite happy with this dealer and can recommend it to others. More

Great from Beginning to En From the minute we walked into the dealership and were greated by the friendly front desk receptionist to the moment we were approached by Mike. We v From the minute we walked into the dealership and were greated by the friendly front desk receptionist to the moment we were approached by Mike. We visited the dealership on a Sunday and were instantly approached by Mike. My first impression was that this was a friendly and approachable sales person because casual attire is accepted on Sunday, this actually put me at ease. Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were intersted in. Once we had made the decision there was no high pressure selling techniques, the whole experience was very laid back and quick. In the past at other dealerships we were made to sit through an exhaustive negotiation process which was not enjoyable. When we returned the next evening to deal with David we were also treated with respect and put at ease. Again no high pressure sales tactics, but went through the facts and options open to us. In the past we have immediately said no to extras because of the pressure, in this case we agreed to the rust protector given the straight forward explanation and zero pressure. all in all the experience has been one of the best we have had with a car dealership. I always new I would buy a car from this dealership one of these days! More
