I panicced as I tried many ways and p A few weeks ago after parking at the underground garage at Oakville place;wet cement feel on and stained my car. I panicced as I tried many ways and products to get it off; even took it for three car washes. After realizing there was nothing I could do myself I took to servicing at Oakville Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram. I was worried it was going to cost me a great deal since my warranty didn't cover outter shell or paint damage. When I got there I spoke with Tara; who was absolutely amazing,kind and genuine with my whole process. She called over Don to take a look at my car and to see what could be done. Don was very understanding and said he would try his best to get rid of the wet cement on my hood. It took no more then half an hour for my car to be finished. On top of getting the cement off Don polished and shined my car too. Worried about the coat Tara said that there was no charge; which I so greatly appreciated. I will continue to bring my car to this servicing shop and also continue to recommend it to friends and family. They truely are the best of the best! More

For future reference I would have expected more communication as to what was happening but with Mike being new, Christopher should have taken the lead. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. After we agreed on price, we were off to see Chris, the financial person. Chris started chatting about our employment we said we are now retired but I worked at RBC. His eyes lit up, said I could save you more money and he did !!! Thank you. Are you looking for a fantastic buying experience? My husband and I have been long-time Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Jeep fans so when it came time to trade in his 2005 Ram Daytona it was a "no brainer" as My husband and I have been long-time Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Jeep fans so when it came time to trade in his 2005 Ram Daytona it was a "no brainer" as to the next vehicle he'd be choosing. Ram had just released the new V6 Ecodiesel model so my husband wanted to see one and possibly take a test drive. I had also seen a 2013 Ram Laramie Longhorn advertised on this dealership's website that was also an option. Sometimes purchasing your vehicle is not always about the dealership you buy it at but more so about a previous purchasing experience one may have had. This is true in our case. We had purchased a new 2012 Jeep Cherokee Limited from Cam and Sales Associate, David Netherton, when they were at another dealership. The experience was outstanding. We had been looking for a used Jeep at that time and never thought we would be driving away in a brand new one...but this team made it happen for us. This time, we located Cam at the Oakville Chrysler dealership and he invited us over that evening to test drive a new Ecodiesel that had just arrived at the dealership. We went with the intention of 'fact finding". We had never been to this dealership before and as we drove up Oak Park, we were totally impressed as to how inviting the building was. This carried on to the inside. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly. The atmosphere in the showroom was non-intimidating and there was a nice selection of vehicles. The Sales Associates all looked very happy to be there. (This is very important to me, that as a customer, I see the smiles on the staff's faces..it's a true reflection of the dealership environment). Cam had the truck ready for us to test drive, upon our arrival. We took the test drive and loved the truck, but I still wanted to test drive the 2013 Laramie Longhorn. This truck was loaded with options and we absolutely loved the ride. The fact that the engine had a 5.7 litre HEMI made the truck an even more attractive option to my husband. We still did not have the intention to purchase a truck that evening but we sat down with Cam anyway to go over some numbers on both vehicles. We found out that David Netherton had just joined the Oakville Chrysler dealership as a Business Manager and that he would be part of our purchasing team again. We decided to go home and think about if we were ready to move forward. We both agreed that we did not need to look any further for a vehicle. We were absolutely pleased with the vehicles that we had been shown and had the utmost confidence in Cam and David to make this happen for us. I found myself at 10:00pm that evening emailing Cam with an offer for the 2013 Laramie Longhorn. After a bit of negotiation, we came to a mutual agreement the next day and within 48 hours, the truck was in our driveway. We are absolutely overjoyed with this beautiful truck. Cam gave us a fantastic deal which included a phenomenal trade-in value for our 2005 Dodge Ram Daytona truck. Even though we purchased a used truck, upon pickup, the vehicle had been detailed and filled with gas...it looked brand new. We look forward to our continued relationship with Cam and his team at Oakville Chrysler. Anyone out there looking to a fantastic deal, you won't be disappointed! More
