I was extremely happy with his service. He was a real pleasure to deal with, and made my purchase enjoyable. It was his prompt phone call response to my emails that got the ball rolling . We were able to do some negotiating on my trade in and this convinced me to travel the distance and buy the car. I also had the pleasure to deal with Christopher Tannous. He had the tedious job of going through all the financing and warranty stuff. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything quite clearly. I am so happy with my 300S. There was a small issue with the car, which I took in good faith after discussions with the sales manager, as I was promised the problem will get fixed. I dealt with John Dart, who is an excellent service consultant. He was the guy who made me purchasing the car from this dealership, as before the purchase I serviced my old Jeep Liberty (a couple of times) and was surprised to see that the service provided by John was very different (way better) compare to a big Chrysler dealership in Dixie Road in Mississauga that I was dealing for years. John Dart and Wayne Tweedy were always responsive and explaining the difficulties they had for my particular special service case till they completed the service case at my expectations. I have one suggestion for potential customers. Try their service and you will see a difference. More

Service The check engine light came on for my Van. I called the dealership and was told they could see me right a way. I arrived in 10 minutes and John Dart c The check engine light came on for my Van. I called the dealership and was told they could see me right a way. I arrived in 10 minutes and John Dart came out and noticed my gas cap was not locked. He then had one of the technicians do a diagnostic on the Van to make sure that was the issue. It was confirmed and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Great service for sure. Mark More
