I was extremely happy with his service. He was a real pleasure to deal with, and made my purchase enjoyable. It was his prompt phone call response to my emails that got the ball rolling . We were able to do some negotiating on my trade in and this convinced me to travel the distance and buy the car. I also had the pleasure to deal with Christopher Tannous. He had the tedious job of going through all the financing and warranty stuff. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything quite clearly. I am so happy with my 300S. Customer oriented service It is a pleasure to deal with this dealership. I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. There was a small issue with the car, which I took in good faith after discussions with the sales manager, as I was promised the problem will get fixed. I dealt with John Dart, who is an excellent service consultant. He was the guy who made me purchasing the car from this dealership, as before the purchase I serviced my old Jeep Liberty (a couple of times) and was surprised to see that the service provided by John was very different (way better) compare to a big Chrysler dealership in Dixie Road in Mississauga that I was dealing for years. John Dart and Wayne Tweedy were always responsive and explaining the difficulties they had for my particular special service case till they completed the service case at my expectations. I have one suggestion for potential customers. Try their service and you will see a difference. More

Service The check engine light came on for my Van. I called the dealership and was told they could see me right a way. I arrived in 10 minutes and John Dart came out and noticed my gas cap was not locked. He then had one of the technicians do a diagnostic on the Van to make sure that was the issue. It was confirmed and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Great service for sure. Mark More

Oh What a feeling! I received a call one morning and a voice that sounded like it should be on the radio was on the other end. He introduced himself asked if i was Joanne and asked how i liked my 2010 Journey. I told him that my husband needed to answer that and that he woulld not be home until later. Mike had asked if he could call back after 5 pm and i said ok. My husband arrived earlier than expected, he called to talk to Mike and arranged to meet him shortly. From the very beginning Mike was nothing but accommodating and asked a lot of questions of our wants and needs. Off into the yard we went when Mke came back with a set of keys to what he thought was the right fit for us. The test drive was better than expected! The comparison from our 2010 Journey to the 2014 Journey we were test driving was unbelievably so different. We were very impressed! We also asked to test drive a van but were rather quick to determine that there was NO comparison between the two vehicles. The right fit had been found with the first vehicle. Our decision to purchase the vehicle was a surprise to us. The staff as well as Mike went above and beyond to make our purchase and experience as perfect as they could. We picked up our new 2014 Black Journey Crossover the next day. Handshakes all around and i was even able to cut Mike's tie as this was tradition to do when a newbie makes his first sale. Revist? Most certainly. Recommend Mike and the Dealership? ABSOLUTELY! More

Immediately after my arrival the car was taken into the shop to evaluate the damages. John Dart was coordinating this quickly and provided me with all the information I needed. The pricing was dropped (not happening these days very often!) by saving one part to be replaced and the car was completed within one day. Considering the magnitude of the damage this was amazing. I interacted also with Kyle (the mechanic) and I was happy with the answers. Checking the car after completion I realize that Kyle is a very skilled mechanic including electrical stuff.
