When I purchased the vehicle I wanted a few things done to the truck and one being a remote start added. John actually told me they didn't have any in stock and I would have to wait until September. Now I have heard this "we don't have it but when It comes in we will call you" and let you know so I thought I might be in for a ride on this. Not 2 months later I received a call from John stating that my remote start was in and requested that I bring my truck in to have it installed as well as a few computer upgrades were needed which I did not know about. I was shocked to see the remote start was in well before the quoted time. I made the appointment and brought the truck in. John told me the truck would be finished probably early to late afternoon. I received a call shortly after 11am and again John told me the truck was finished and ready to be picked up well before the time that was mentioned before, again I was shocked. when I arrived at the Dealership John was on his break and insisted to drop everything and show me how this puppy worked. So he did just that. and everything is working just perfect. This is by far the best dealership I have been to..... ever, and John and the team at Oakville dodge dealership have made my experience unquestionably amazing. Fast, efficient and No Bull kind of operation they are running over there. I will never go to another Dealership Thanks to John and his team in the shop at Oakville Dodge!!! More
