Trading Up to a Dart from a Charger Had a fairly good offer for the trade in from Oakville Dodge - but got short changed by the Chrysler rep Ron Flagg. When we first spoke he indicated Had a fairly good offer for the trade in from Oakville Dodge - but got short changed by the Chrysler rep Ron Flagg. When we first spoke he indicated that he could not influence the dealer for the trade in value. Yet when the dealer did give us a trade in value - Ron said that $1500 indicated on the Chrysler letter was included in the trade in value. I found this very strange. Mohan More

While going over my automobile needs, we joked and laughed. The whole process was quick, educational and fun. There was no need for me to haggle because I never felt I was being taken for a ride (so to speak). Everything and everyone was upfront, honest and offered what they could (without being asked!) 96 hours after walking in for the first time, and 48 hours after signing the paperwork, I drove away in my brand new Jeep and I couldn't be happier!
