I receive a call updating me on the status and a time when the vehicle will be ready for pickup. I am even more impressed as I feel that the work completed is only what is required. When in a rush, they've gone above and beyond by accomodating my schedule, the work is always excellent, and all the staff are a joy to deal with (John and Christine, etc...). I did however want to single out Tara Harron in particular. Tara has always been able to take care of my needs with a smile on her face and the friendliest attitude I've ever come across. Tara will ask you the right questions, offer knowlegable insight, communicate updates back to you, organize pick-ups and drop offs, or set you up in the lounge with a coffee. Highly recommended.
