Liars, cheats I almost bought a Dodge Dart from them, until they tried to tack on $900 in admin, "nitrogen warranty", and etching fees. None of these were included in their "+ tax and license" listings. The salesman made it clear that these were standard fees that everyone pays over and above the listed prices. A quick trip to the OMVIC website will reveal to anyone that this old-school tactic is simply illegal now. I'm glad I left, and I'll never be back. More

Another great service experience Another visit to the service department. My wife's Dodge Grand Caravan had a snapped off a bolt head during the installation of a hitch. Many places I phoned didn't have the time or expertise in dealing with broken bolt extraction. I phoned Tara mid morning on Monday - by the sounds of it, the service department was busy. Tara was able to squeeze mew in unscheduled. I dropped the van off just before lunch and received a complimentary ride back. Before 3 pm - Tara was on the phone to me saying that the broken bolt piece was removed, replaced with a new part, and they had also performed a recall on the van I was unaware of. Total cost was less than eating out at a fast food place with the family and all my expectations were exceeded. The dealership isn't a place you would normally think of for trailer hitch related problems. Highly recommended and I will be a repeat customer going forward. More

When it came down to the finance portion of buying a car, Christopher showed more friendliness and patience than I expected to receive during what was supposed to be a very stressful process.
