Purchased New 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Recently, I purchased a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Oakville Chrysler and I couldn't be happier. For years I dealt with an alternative Jeep Ch Recently, I purchased a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Oakville Chrysler and I couldn't be happier. For years I dealt with an alternative Jeep Chrysler dealership and was very unhappy with their sales and service departments, despite having purchased 4 vehicles from them. Last summer I decided to take my old Jeep to Oakville Chrysler for service. While waiting for the repairs to be completed, I wandered into the showroom to look at the new models and was met by Martin. He walked me around the showroom and lot to review the available used models I was coveting and took me out for a test ride, detailing all of the features and upgrades the Jeep offered. While I reluctantly walked away from purchasing the used vehicle, I wanted some time to research the model and make sure it was the right time and decision to purchase a vehicle. A few months later, I needed to go back and was met by Cam and Martin who suggested I test drive the new 2016 models that had arrived. I was hesitant about purchasing a new four door Jeep Wrangler ( I owned a two door 2010 Wrangler ) but the features, upgrades and drive had me sold. Martin patiently answered all of my questions and concerns about upgrading to a bigger, newer model, while Chris from the Finance Department made the financing side of the purchase stress free and making me feel comfortable and ensuring I was happy with the trade-in and purchase details. He walked me through the process and obtained the best deal and financing for me. A week later I picked up my new 2016 four door black Jeep Wrangler Sahara. The car is a dream! While there were a few scratches on the car ( likely from the delivery), Martin later arranged to have the car detailed and cleaned to remove the scuffs and scratches while John and Joe in the Service Department assisted with having the side windows tinted. The finished result was impressive and I was so pleased Martin arranged the detailing and took the time to ensure I was happy with the car and the removal of the scratches before I drove away. I will continue to have the car serviced at the dealership and would not hesitate about future purchases at the dealership that offered me professional, personable and friendly service. Most dealerships I have dealt with in the past do not welcome you and treat customers in a relaxed, pressure free environment. Martin has continued to follow up with courtesy calls and updating me on the future shipment of my soft top while suggesting upgrades and parts that will truly make this my dream car! After getting the run around from another dealership --- they were just looking to make a sale, not necessarily the vehicle we wanted but what we wanted didn’t exist – we would never get it they said, so we were about to settle on an expensive vehicle that did not meet all of our wants --- So as you can imagine, we were more than hesitant to start the process up elsewhere but the team at Oakville Chrysler made things so easy and worry-free, we simply couldn’t resist. From the moment we arrived on the lot, Martin – our sales specialist - provided us with exceptional and prompt customer service, but most importantly he presented us our DREAM JEEP – our 2016 Jeep Rubicon Hard Rock Edition in white – the very thing we had wanted to purchase but had been told we would never get from the other dealership. Apparently, the Oakville Chrysler Dealership can make the impossible, possible. Frank, the sales manager, was great at managing the numbers, making sure we were getting the best deal we could, patiently explaining the process and working quickly to get things done. He was engaging, informative and overall a real pleasure to work with. He runs a great team there and it was obvious when in the dealership that he has the respect of all his colleagues. Chris, in finance took all the nerves and fear out of the money portion of the experience, working with us and the bank to make sure our payments were manageable and that we were happy with the overall rates and costs while keeping things light and enjoyable. Considering it is the finance portion of the process, he still managed to still have us laughing and relaxed throughout it all. I cannot say enough how truly seamless the transaction was, at no point in time was there any pressure to commit to anything, or to add on any additional costs and warranties, they were offered in a pressure-free way which allowed my husband and I time to decide the best choices for our needs. The entire team – many of which just stopped by to congratulate us on our purchase – were amazing! From the ladies at the front to the guys in the shop – everyone was beyond friendly, welcoming and created a great purchasing environment.
