Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy I walked around the lot looking for a very specific model Ram 1500. A Chrysler representative pointed me towards Adrian Suciu.. Adrian quickly tracke I walked around the lot looking for a very specific model Ram 1500. A Chrysler representative pointed me towards Adrian Suciu.. Adrian quickly tracked down the truck I was looking for, I took it for a nice little ride, and the rest is history. I am now a proud owner of a Ram 1500 Limited, and for a first time new vehicle buyer, it couldn't have gone any easier. Adrian then introduced me to Andrew Declavasio, and shortly after Christopher Tannous. All three guys were great to deal with and made the whole process quick and painless. I would certainly recommend this wonderful team. In the words of Arnold, I'll be back. More
Terrible Service I bought my car from this dealership in June & the Sales staff was good. However, I've tried to schedule an oil change several times but it takes for I bought my car from this dealership in June & the Sales staff was good. However, I've tried to schedule an oil change several times but it takes forever. The first time I called reception had me on hold for 10 minutes. I tried calling an hour later, I was put on hold again for a long period of time. I understand they might be busy, so I waited & called 2 x days later. Same thing happened again & now it's just getting ridiculous. When I finally did get through. The Service Department said I don't need to make an appointment, I can just bring my car in, so I told them I was bringing it in Saturday. I brought my car in & the Service Department was closed due to "counting inventory" why didn't they tell me that when I was on the phone. The Service Department was terrible, I wont go to them for any of my Service & I will not recommend them to anyone EVER! More

From the moment we walked into the dealership to when we left the lot with our new car, we felt our needs were being looked after. We felt the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions that we had. Our main contact was Frank Dametto who diligently worked together with us in order to get a deal done that was within our family’s budget. We never felt pressured or stressed like you do sometimes at other dealerships. Worst customer service I have ever experienced I love my 300s and would definitely buy a Chrysler again. My car was not ready for pickup at our agreed time, a year later I still have never received the second key/fob I was promised and when I finally picked up my car, I had to drive the salesman to the gas station so we could put gas in the vehicle.
