My advice to everyone is not to go to Oakville Chrysler unless you would like to be disappointed.Fun fact you can purchase vehicles that this particular store is selling through other sister companies such as South Oakville, Rexdale and Galt (they have amazing customer service). More

BEWARE- Prepare to be lied to and ignored Horrible experience. Bought a truck recently from them and they advertised it as keyless entry, yet they gave us a key that was NOT keyless entry. Every time we unlocked the truck with the key it set the alarm off.... no one told us this is what happened when they clearly knew! The sales guy never answered us when we called the next day then the manager was extremely rude about it and said it was our fault because we bought a used vehicle. After 2 weeks of the alarm going off at 5am every day they finally cut us a new key. Would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone, stuff like this should not happen with a dealership. More
