Made a Service Appointment took all day - job not done! I made an appointment for 9AM today for an oil change, change winter to summer tires and a quick evaluation of the blind spot system. By 11AM my vehic I made an appointment for 9AM today for an oil change, change winter to summer tires and a quick evaluation of the blind spot system. By 11AM my vehicle had not been seen so I took the shuttle home. By noon I received a call they couldn't find my lock attachment to remove my lug nuts. I explained they stored my tires I had never seen the piece! They insisted I removed it I suggested it had to be in the vehicle, check the rear sliding compartment in the centre console. As the day evolved my tires weren't changed and when I looked in the rear censer console compartment the lock attachment was exactly where I told them it was. I lost an entire day for an oil change. This is the worst service, and last I have experienced in 8 years at this dealership, A good lesson, I was about to buy a new Pacifica Hybrid! More
