Was sold a Certified Pre Owned 2017 Focus in 2018. Sales, GM and Finance all told me that it was a different transmission than all the recalled 2013-2016 Focuses. Guess what? It's not. It's th Sales, GM and Finance all told me that it was a different transmission than all the recalled 2013-2016 Focuses. Guess what? It's not. It's the same piece of garbage dry double clutch that has had a recall issued on it. I've had to replace the clutch three times in two years, thankfully still under warranty. My wife took her car in to get brakes done and sets an appointment for an oil change for me. During my oil change they were sure to check the brakes and let me know they were low after under 20k and resurfacing the rotors when I purchased. Finally took the car in for the brake pads that they had suggested. They never contact me regarding additional work and go ahead and replace the rotors as well. They claimed to have called me multiple times and left voice mails but there is not a single one or a missed call. Funny how that happens at the end of the month. When I speak to the service manager and a sales person, their only defense is to claim it was all previous ownerships fault and accept no responsibility. I'm holding them and the previous ownerships accountable and will not be returning. Disgusted. More

TO ALL TRYING TO BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, "STAY AWAY" FROM THEM. I am a returning customer to Oakridge ford and were satisfied on the initial purchase. However, the entire management has "STAY AWAY" FROM THEM. I am a returning customer to Oakridge ford and were satisfied on the initial purchase. However, the entire management has been changed over the years.They are now ignoring any customer service once you sign the contracts. They will spam you and telling you what you sign is only a temporary contract and the detail can/will be edited. But once you signed it, you will fall to their trap. They will ignore all the requests you ask for. I was sold to a vehicle that they currently did not have it at the moment and they claimed they can get it from another dealership. They wont explain to you how they get the leased vehicle value and trap you saying that is just a temporary contract to allow them to get the car you like. BUT all the number is different from what we both agreed initially. Additionally, you DO NOT need to buy any maintenance program and protection program. You are pretty much protected from the manufacture warranty anyways even that is a leased vehicle. DO NOT fall to any of their trap. They will automatically add the extended warranty for you which cost you additionally $3000-$4000 if you are not carefully on that. Last thing, do not trust what they say, read the contract carefully before you signed off. I wish I read the reviews from them earlier before I made my decision. They are not a professional dealership, stay away by any chances. More
