They understood immediately what my wants and needs were for a new car, and made the information for finding a new car very accessible. I at no point felt pressured or taken advantage of, and when I was unsure they were very patient, and had no problems in explaining things in a way that I understood. Overall, the experience was seamless and fair, and I felt comfortable the entire time. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to individuals looking to purchase a new vehicle, or trade in their current one! More
Service was performed in a timely manner but had to wait overnight for a Ford brake caliper for my wife's Ford Fusion. The same caliper was replaced 18 mon was performed in a timely manner but had to wait overnight for a Ford brake caliper for my wife's Ford Fusion. The same caliper was replaced 18 months ago with a non-Ford part by your service department and failed (1 year warranty). So had to go with the Ford part this time (2-year warranty) as I have no plans to replace this car any time soon. I was told that you priced the new Ford caliper the same as the non-Ford part as compensation. More

Great Customer Focus Was looking to upgrade my vehicle for similar, newer version. Carly reached out quickly and helped find a vehicle that checked all the boxes for me. As with most things mechanical, "stuff can happen" beyond our control. My new vehicle had a small mechanical issue that Carly and the team worked to resolve for me as quickly as possible. Customer service is more than just smiling and saying all the right things to make the sale. Character is revealed when things don't go as planned and you get to see how the people/company react. Working in a customer service industry myself, I really appreciate and understand that and can say that customer service is a priority with the folks I met at Oakridge Ford. Based on my experience, I have no doubt my new vehicle will be great, and I'm also impressed with what Carly, Mark, John, and the crew have done to keep the experience a positive one. I'll have no problem recommending Carly and Oakridge Ford. More

From a wreck to a brand new car. After an accident in a hospital parking lot, I had my car towed to your dealership on Oxford. I bought this car and leased several others from Oakrid After an accident in a hospital parking lot, I had my car towed to your dealership on Oxford. I bought this car and leased several others from Oakridge and have been totally satisfied with any dealings I have had regarding service, etc. The Agent with the Personal Insurance Company was very unhappy with me because I insisted I wanted the car repaired at Oakridge rather than where he wanted me to have it done. He had a terrible attitude and was very disrespectful and hard to deal with. Corinne McAnsh was just the opposite. She was friendly, yet business like, and treated me with kindness and respect. The accident occurred just before Christmas and because of all the down time for the Holidays, I was prepared for a long wait. On January 11 the agent called and said I had to return the loaner that day and Oakridge would have to pay for anything further. He threw it up in my face that if I had taken the car to their repair place it would be ready by now. He later called back and said the Insurance Company would now pay up to the 15th of January. I had already called Corinne and she was looking into getting me a loaner. I think he had talked to her and found out he legally had to pay up to the 15th but he was trying to make himself look good by giving us a few more days out of the goodness of his heart. Corinne came through again and got me a nice car for the rest of the time and I did not have to pay a $150.00 deposit on it like I did at Enterprize. I cannot say enough about how wonderfully I have been treated during this upsetting experience. The loaner car took so much pressure off of us because my wife and I both have Cancer and need transportation to our treatments. The car looks like it just came off the assembly line and drives like a dream. Thank you Oakridge Ford and a special thankyou to Corinne McAnsh. More
