Total trust and respect I have been in search of a vehicle for three week; actively looking but not urgent. I must say the type of vehicle I was looking for changed several I have been in search of a vehicle for three week; actively looking but not urgent. I must say the type of vehicle I was looking for changed several times,the requirements stayed the same however. I was looking for a vehicle that would seat at least 6( with our blended family growing). We decided on the Ford Flex. After having many conversations and direction from several other dealerships and sales staff, I became frustrated on making a decision and did not feel my needs were being heard and no direction given. We spotted a Ford Flex in the parking lot of Oakridge ford and decided to just take a peak at it. We were greeted by Mike Donaldson with a warm and friendly handshake and a smile. The night was getting late and Mike took the time to inform us of the many options this particular vehicle had, joined us on a test drive and at no time made us feel rushed. We were very honest with Mike about possibly looking at another dealership in Kitchener at the same vehicle with less km's and my preferred color. At no time did Mike try to rush us or brush us off. The one thing Mike said that made the difference for me was " What can I do to earn your business?" We talked about needing a hitch and had concern about the brakes. The very next day, Mike called me with solutions and asked me if he could do business with me. The subtle differences Mike possessed was the winning ticket to earning my business. I can honestly say, Mike is a definite asset to Oakridge Ford. I'm looking forward to picking up my Flex early next week and raving about the service I received at Oakridge. THANK YOU MIKE!!! More

Great dealership and trustworthy sales representative I went into Oakridge after receiving a brochure in the mail, not expecting to purchase a new car right away but to browse through their inventory.
