Next Purchase at Oakridge Ford!! Oakridge Ford is an outstanding dealership that I would highly recommend to anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle or needing service. With employees Oakridge Ford is an outstanding dealership that I would highly recommend to anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle or needing service. With employees like Reese Patterson, Oakridge Ford matains it's incredible reputation and never lets it's customers down. I have never had any issues with Oakridge Ford and always feel like a number one priority when I am there. I love seeking advice from the employees and never feel like a burden. Recently I purchased a brand new Ford Escape from a dealership that unfortunately was not Oakridge Ford (something I will never do again). I was having the worst experience and was treated completely disrespectfully from the dealership of the initial purchase. I was so disappointed and wanted nothing to do with Ford anymore. I wanted to sell my car and go with an entire different company because I was embarrassed to drive a vehicle that represented and supported such a horrible dealership. At this time I thought I would give it one more shot and I reached out to Reese Patterson who went above and beyond to ensure that my feelings towards Ford changed. He was completely incredible with his help towards myself. He talked me through all my options when dealing with the other dealership and even gave me some insight on how it would work to trade my car in and start fresh. He set me up with the service department at Oakridge Ford and even took the time to personally take a look at my vehicle and my troubles. I can not say enough how amazing he was and how grateful I am to have him listen to my concerns and show that he cared. He even followed through and remains in contact with myself until all of my concerns were dealt with and completely fixed. Reese is a great representation of what Oakridge Ford stands for and they are lucky to have such an outstanding employee like him. I believe that if the workers at the initial dealership I dealt with had even half the work ethic and customer service skills that Reese has they would have a lot more satisfied customers. I wanted to personally thank Reese for helping me find my trust in the Ford company again. I think that Ford employees could learn a lot from him and his passion for representing Ford! I will definitely only be recommending Oakridge Ford to all my family and friends and will always purchase my new vehicles from Oakridge Ford. Sincerely, Kim More

First let me talk about the people, because in retail people make or break your business. I usually walk in and meander around a dealership to have the work place and engagement of the staff. I judge a dealership by how quickly they become engaged. At Oakridge it was within 60 seconds that some one asked me if I needed help. Wow! They immediately got me a salesperson who was extraordinary. Yes Reese Patterson is one outstanding person. He sat me down offered me a refreshing coffee and asked what I was looking for. His approach was relaxed, courteous and most importantly sincere. I was there to buy a truck. Once he understood my needs he proceeded to show me exactly what I asked for. We went for the test drive and engages in friendly discourse. We talked about the options purchase vs lease. I left not yet decided. The next day I called him he answers the questions that I had tought further on. I returned a day later to test drive again then I leased my new F150. Through out the process Reese was thee to answer question, support and laugh with me. A great person and an outstanding sales person. The entire staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. One of the front desk receptionist met me breifly on my first visit and 2 days later still remember my name. Hats off to the Oakridge team. I wish all my auto buying experience could be so effortless and fun. More
