All around excellent experience we had been to several dealerships in and around London trying to decide on the next vehicle for our family, when we met Reece right before closing ti we had been to several dealerships in and around London trying to decide on the next vehicle for our family, when we met Reece right before closing time one evening we knew we found the place to take the next steps. Each time we came to the dealership we brought our six month old baby with us, his patience and understanding was remarkable! We never felt rushed or pressured, we were able to explore all options to find us the right fit and budget friendly vehicle. We were particular one our must haves and dislikes and he was able to find us our perfect fit. We have bought other new vehicles before and never felt we received this level of service in the past. We will definetly be back. More

I had it towed to Oakridge. I called to see if the car was received was told someone would get back to me. I waited till close to closing to call back and ask whether was received or not still told would have to wait to hear back. once I actually got in touch with someone in service I was told they would not get too it today and that the service.manager would get back to me when ever it was convenient for him. I would never tell a client that but that's just me. I do not believe it is unrealistic to expect prompt reply so that someone can make.arrangements to get home but apparently there is a 5 week wait for service in London and I should be grateful they are going to look at it tomorrow. Then when I asked to be transferred to the sales.manager I was told.she would not do that. Big disappointment my wife and I both bought cars from you and my wife had an appt to look at trading in her escape for a new one I think her and I may go elsewhere as I too do not want to drive my vehicle any further due to safety concerns. More

I have never seen two employees dedicated at what they do, and we are forever grateful for what they accomplished. Everyone there was so welcoming through the long processes, welcoming us like we were long time costumers. I was also very pleased that they took the time to make sure that our new vehicle was safe for our family even going as far as fixing a chunk that was taken out of the paint. Carly took the time to teach me how certain features work, which was comforting. I honestly never had such a great experience with any other dealer, they weren't just trying to stick us with a car to make a fast sell, they took their time and set out to find us the best SUV in our price range, that also meet some requirements and they succeeded.! We couldn't be more happy with our Escape. Truly the best customer service I seen in a long time, and I'll recommend them over and over again. We thank you Oakridge Ford.💕 More
