He made it very efficient as I only visited the dealership twice - the first time to test drive and the next to sign. He was also a really nice person to deal with - very trustworthy and felt like he was looking out for me. I had my daughter with me both times and he made it an enjoyable time for her too! Everyone was so pleasant and some took the time to stop doing what they were doing to ask if I needed to see someone. I had an appointment with Steve Milford in used cars and when he came to greet me he introduced himself with a big smile and welcomed me to the dealership. He introduced me to Brian the used car manager and again a hardy welcome was extended to me. I was offered coffee and then we sat down talked cars they got to know me and then we got down to business. The entire experience was so low key and relaxing I felt like I knew these guys for ever. When Ana and myself came to take delivery of the car Ana was so impressed with the warm professional atmosphere that she mentioned to me I like this place, I really like these people. Steve went over everything we needed to know and the entire experience was awesome so much so that we decided to buy our new F150 from Oakland.
