I made an appointment for my gt500 and asked for Motorcraft oil they said they would have it and also asked for a fuel filter change , my appointment was 5 day wait no big deal, went to my appointme Motorcraft oil they said they would have it and also asked for a fuel filter change , my appointment was 5 day wait no big deal, went to my appointment and now realized they used a different brand of oil when I specifically asked for Motorcraft oil, then wast told my car doesn't have a fuel filter but I insisted it did , the person checked and they didn't have it , I made an appointment so you would be ready for my service , so I come out with no fuel filter and oil brand I didn't want unacceptable. I had been to a number of dealerships before Oak-land and they did not succeed in making this happen for me. Oak-land was so easy to deal with from the get go. Very friendly staff (Lou and Adam were amazing) that went above and beyond..they even drove the car to my house for me before purchasing it to make sure it fit in my garage to my satisfaction (with room to walk around it) and that the stroller would fit as well. They gave me the best trade in value for my Cadillac and a great deal on the Escape. I am forever grateful to them for helping turn my stressful car buying experience into such a positive one. More

Great Experience From the time I walked into the showroom I knew that I was going to purchase the car I came to look at. Everyone was so pleasant and some took the time to stop doing what they were doing to ask if I needed to see someone. I had an appointment with Steve Milford in used cars and when he came to greet me he introduced himself with a big smile and welcomed me to the dealership. He introduced me to Brian the used car manager and again a hardy welcome was extended to me. I was offered coffee and then we sat down talked cars they got to know me and then we got down to business. The entire experience was so low key and relaxing I felt like I knew these guys for ever. When Ana and myself came to take delivery of the car Ana was so impressed with the warm professional atmosphere that she mentioned to me I like this place, I really like these people. Steve went over everything we needed to know and the entire experience was awesome so much so that we decided to buy our new F150 from Oakland.
