Thank you for your response. To clarify, this was not simply a matter of inventory availability. I was physically at the dealership on Saturday, accepted the quoted price, and returned the same day at your team’s request to finalize the purchase. Your team stayed open for us, and we were ready to complete the transaction. We were asked to leave and return on Monday, only to be told the vehicle was “sold.” No alternative was offered to me—it felt like the situation was simply brushed off. When I inquired further, I was told there was an identical model available, but in black, and would be at a higher price than the original quoted price. It’s funny because the initial quote was for the same vehicle in black as well. From a customer’s perspective, this does not reflect a simple inventory change, but rather a failure to honor the quoted pricing. As mentioned in my review, I have documentation of the original quote. I’m open to discussing this further. The issue here is not the outcome, but how the situation was handled.
