O'Regan's has disappointed us at least 4 documented times so far. We're pretty fed up. So if you want to engage in a conversation the following 4 conditions will have to be met: 1) The person I converse with will have to be a Dealership owner. 2) No conversation till O'Regan's gives us a cheque for $36.74 (see customer # 12502, invoice # TOCS246264). As far as we're concerned there would have been no leak if the service dept. had done their job properly on invoice # TOCS245312. 3) No conversation till O'Regan's gives us a written pledge to honour ALL competitors' service discount coupons. 4) No conversation till O'Regan's relaxes their TPMS policy till it falls in line with ALL other Toyota dealerships in the Province.
