We went to O’Regan’s to have the air conditioning checked on our Tacoma. In the waiting room my wife asked one of the salespeople about getting a drink of water (Ryan). We talked with him about figures and features and had our Tacoma appraisal done. Ryan kept us updated while we waited for the truck and made the whole experience great.
