Ryan was extremely friendly and listened to my list of needs before recommending the vehicle I did end up buying. I'm extremely satisfied! Jim was extremely professional and was able to answer every que needs before recommending the vehicle I did end up buying. I'm extremely satisfied! Jim was extremely professional and was able to answer every question I threw at him. My only "complaint" was the time I did spend at the dealership the day I went in to view the cars. Ryan and I did test drive 2 vehicles which took about an hour. I was at the dealership for 4 hours. Part of the issue was it was a pretty busy Saturday. A little more of a streamlined process might be a bit better. With my previous dealership that I dealt with, the sales person was able to handle everything and was an excellent experience. I worked with Ryan first, then was moved to Aaron for a bit (manager) then was sent off to Jim. A lot of the waiting was on the two managers to become available. Other than that, picking up the car was an excellent experience as well as a follow up the next day. I'm very satisfied with my purchase! More
Sheila and the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Did not feel pressured. My first encounter to the KIA dealership was with the Manager Erin, who introduced me to Sheila. Have just purchased a new Kia Optima Hybrid Premium. From first approaching the dealer to vehicle delivery was about two weeks, with most of the transaction after test drive and trade-in appraisal easil From first approaching the dealer to vehicle delivery was about two weeks, with most of the transaction after test drive and trade-in appraisal easily completed by email and phone. We were hoping to find Sheila upon arrival in the dealership based on earlier reviews on this site - glad she was there as the reviews are correct. The whole process went very smoothly for a car that had to be located elsewhere in the Maritimes and brought there (we wanted the Light Graphite colour that is unique to the Optima Hybrid). Sheila even took the car for us to a local tire delaer to have nitrogen put in the tires. The service area installed our hood deflector and made sure we were ahppy with the fit and look. If you are interested in a Kia vehicle, highly recommend visiting Kia Halifax (we live on the Eastern Shore but well worth driving over the bridge) and talking to Sheila. More

Came in for Climate system problem. Blower wasn't at max for the footwells and let Marc know the problem. He conferred with his supervisor, I explained the problem more clearly and the supervisor recommend for the footwells and let Marc know the problem. While waiting for the tech, I asked Sheila, who sold my car to me, if I had been signed up for the Rewards Program when I purchased the car. She said she'd check and get back to me. Within 3 mins of first speaking to Marc, the tech, David came outside to check the problem. Problem wasn't happening when David was checking and he was thorough, but told me to come back should it occur again. While outside Sheila brought my activated Rewards card to me. Thanks folks. I'm not a fan for bringing the car in for service as its normally expensive and unpleasant but you made it a pleasant and quick experience Review written in car at the dealership, immediately after David departed More
