I was in the market for a new car. I had test driven the new JETTA, CIVIC & CORROLA. None of these dealerships informed me of the RETIRE YOUR RIDE PROGRAM. My old car was 1993 ACURA Integra, she became a ca new JETTA, CIVIC & CORROLA. None of these dealerships informed me of the RETIRE YOUR RIDE PROGRAM. AWESOME, we have already recommended them to people we know & posted it on my Facebook. It started with the sale...John listened to what we wanted, what we needed. He didn't try to push vehicles he thou know & posted it on my Facebook. It started with the sale...John listened to what we wanted, what we needed. He didn't try to push vehicles he thought we wanted or ones he wanted to sell. Because the dealership was quite a ways from where we lived, we checked ALL O'Regans on the internet and narrowed down what we were looking for...we then called them & gave John all the stock numbers of all cars at all different O'Regans locations. Then to help us, instead of us driving to each location, he got all the vehicles picked up and taken to his dealership. We went, test-drove all, he answered all questions, and voila, SOLD. Besides the vehicle, a good chunk of the reason we bought there was because John made us feel welcome and really cared at what we wanted without being pushy. THANK-YOU. Then.... Not even two months after we bought the vehicle, something went wrong with it...it kept losing power. We called and spoke to Travis because it was still under manufacturer's warranty. He called Dartmouth Hyundai. Our initial dealership O'Regan's Kia Halifax (Travis) paid for towing to Dartmouth. They looked at it, fixed it and we were on our way. It's not just that they paid towing and fixed it...but it was that Travis listened to us, was friendly, helpful (all about solutions not the problem). He was patient, understanding, helpful and overall, I can't express how much everyone we came into contact with at the Kia location in Halifax, how they made us feel like people and not just "a sale." HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (and we've already told everyone we know)!! We only have this one vehicle and we will definitely be getting our second one there!
