I had a really good experience at the dealership. I was purchasing a car after buying a used car that broke down within two months and Sheila couldnt have made the experience any better then it was. My fiancée and I were not exactly sure what kind of car we were looking for. He had heard about Kia from a friend who owned one so we went to check them out. Immediately Sheila greeted us with a big sm car we were looking for. He had heard about Kia from a friend who owned one so we went to check them out. Immediately Sheila greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome. She asked if we needed any help finding anything and we told her we's let her know. We looked around and were deciding between the Rio5 and the Sportage. When we asked Sheila about the two cars she asked what it was going to be used for mainly and said both would serve our needs but agreed with our final decision that as a young couple not planning on having kids a smaller car might suit our needs more appropriately. Our main concern was whether the car would be good in the winter but she told us she drove the car this past winter and assured us that she had had no problems with it in the snow. Since we didn't buy the car on the spot we stayed in touch with her via email and she always replied within a day and was always very helpful and patient answering all of our (my) hundreds of questions. Upon buying the car she was amazing. She explained to us everything about the car and everything about the maintenance that would be done. She was pretty much the ideal sales person in my opinion since I was a rather nervous and high-strung first-time car buyer so I really appreciated how easy she was to work with.
