They would rather you not be able to drive your vehicle comfortably than to stay open a little longer. Twice my car couldn't get enough rpms to run, and twice they wouldn't even consider taking a look at it until it was convenient for them. My car is still under warranty and my next new car will not be from Kia. More

Tom helped us pick out a trim level that met our needs, and was very thorough throughout the process, from the test drive to driving out the door. Mark helped us find the best deal given our financing situation, and gave us honest advice regarding the various extra coverages. At no point during the process did we feel pressured or uncomfortable; both men were excellent communicators, and listened to our concerns and questions. We figured, at best, we could use it to leverage negotiations with the other dealer. Instead, we were very impressed with both the car (2015 Rio) and the Selection Specialist. He understood our budget and our interests. He seemed very willing to work for us. For example, when we asked the other dealer about getting winter tires we received a flat "no". Brandon's response was "we can work out a plan". Neither him, nor Jim in Finance made us feel forced or pressured. They were very straight forward with options and left us comfortable with our choice in a four year lease. This was the first car we selected as a married couple, and neither of us had previously purchased or leased so there was a lot of potential for bad decisions and regret. We feel neither of those and very thankful. More

We also dealt with the Manager who took the time to take care of our needs until Sheila was available. In the end, we bought a vehicle and when we left the dealership with our new car, we never felt we were cheated nor mislead. Available options were clearly explained and we were given all the necessary time to make informed decisions. We have been very satisfied with the service we have received from Sheila, the Manager and the service department. So much that we specificaly went back to Sheila for our second vehicle purchase this month (August). This is the first dealeship I truly can say they provide an honest service with integrity and respect for the customers. I have never really enjoyed the experience of buying new vehicles, because of the lack of integrity and honesty of the salesperson/management who tries to get the most out of you by making you believe you had a very good deal - when you didn't.
