Excellent customer service I had a flat tire and called road side assistance , they had to tow my vehicle to Kia late Friday night, Winnie called me first thing Saturday morning I had a flat tire and called road side assistance , they had to tow my vehicle to Kia late Friday night, Winnie called me first thing Saturday morning and was very courteous and efficient and took care of the issue right away, She was very helpful and friendly and I really enjoyed dealing with her. I did not like the fact there is no Spare tire in the vehicle , and they are very expensive to purchase , I feel the spare should not have to be purchased, it should be with the vehicle like all other makes/models from other dealers. Service Problems I have a noise I cannot Identify seem to be front in passenger side buzzes. So I am on short term even when at full salary I can't just hand some guy I have a noise I cannot Identify seem to be front in passenger side buzzes. So I am on short term even when at full salary I can't just hand some guy $110.00 to lift my car and look at it. Then if they find a problem pay to have it fixed on top. In the unlikely event the warranty covers it fee waived. OK so that's how it is today except I don't fit under my car and Kia's have no jack. I can't say I am surprised things are totally insane today. But I am extremely disappointed. More
