We stopped in at this dealership on our way out of town just to take a look but with no time to test drive. Amanda Jamieson was very quick to come see us, was extreamly friendly, asked a bunch of question just to take a look but with no time to test drive. Amanda Jamieson was very quick to come see us, was extreamly friendly, asked a bunch of questions to determine what we were looking for and then walked us through the vehicles that were best suited for our needs. We narrowed it down to 2 and Amanda was VERY knowledgeable on both being able to answer all our questions. We ran out of time but before we left she took us in and introduced us to her manager while updating him on what we were looking for. This was Saturday evening and we made an appointment to come take them for a test drive Monday evening. On Monday my wife was on-line and found the same vehicle at the dealership in Halifax but with half the km's on it. She contacted Amanda and before we got there for the test drive Amanda had gone to Halifax, picked up the other vehicle and had it there waiting for us. We drove it, liked it and had it in our possision Tuesday night. More
We had the best service here the first time that my husband bought a new car that 3 months later we went back and bought another new SUV from them.we live an hour away but the service in our own town w husband bought a new car that 3 months later we went back and bought another new SUV from them.we live an hour away but the service in our own town wasn't even close to the service that we received in Dartmouth .i tell everyone to go there because the quick and friendly service is worth the drive.a got my SUV services in my home town because of the snow on the roads. But that will be the last.the service wasn't near as good and my Kia points card was Not excepted at my home town dealer and we have over 100 000 points on it. So I will also drive for an hour to go back to the Kia dealership that we bought our 2 cars.it is worth the gas money. Amanda is so good at her job,if I ever call her she always gets back to me in a very short time so this is why I feel that small town dealerships go wrong they don't appreciate a customer the way that big city's do. After doing my homework and visiting all of the dealerships in town I finally ended up at the KIA dealer in Dartmouth. At the dealership I was met by Amanda Jamieson, she worked very hard and was successful in getting us a new KIA Sportage. Amanda is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Amanda went above and beyond when we purchased a Sorrento from Orgean's Kia. She made services appointments for us. Showed us all the option and how to use them. I was shopping for my first ever brand new car and had narrowed my choice down to 2 different vehicles. One of those was a Kia Soul. I am not really an impulse shopper and had been researching for quite a narrowed my choice down to 2 different vehicles. One of those was a Kia Soul. I am not really an impulse shopper and had been researching for quite a bit prior to my visit so visiting the dealership was not my first step. As soon as I walked into the Kia dealership in Dartmouth, I was greeted by Amanda. She was very friendly and down to earth. To make a long story short, she stayed with me throughout my entire car buying experience from that initial visit to see the car I was interested in to actually buying it later. She was very helpful and easy to get ahold of any time I had questions or needed an update. (My car was ordered in and not on the lot.) Even after the sale she stayed in touch with me periodically to see how everythning was going and always comes over to say hi if she sees me when my car is being serviced. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering a vehicle purchase. As for my Kia Soul, I LOVE it! Wonderful car, suits me perfectly and I have had great experiences with service since my purchase in June 2012. There were a couple of minor warranty issues but they were dealt with very promptly and without fuss. More

I went to this dealership as they had the vehicle I was interested in test driving. The customer service was wonderful. 24 hours later, I am driving away in my brand new car! The full story… After leaving a Motor Vehicle Inspection with my horrid excuse of an automobile, with some rather disappointing news that it will not make the cut; I went straight to O’Regan’s KIA in Dartmouth. Now I had been toying with the idea of purchasing a new vehicle for several months so having said that I’ve done my homework is an understatement. After quickly checking out a few local dealer websites for the monthly specials, and making a phone call to my insurance company for a few quotes on the vehicles in question, I was off to KIA on windmill road. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted by bright and cheery person that goes by the name of Amanda Jamieson. Amanda asked me a few question and then directed me outside to the exact vehicle that I had in mind, where we then proceeded with a short test drive. Upon returning we then sat down with and starter discussed where I’d like to be payment wise. After a short time talking with her, and the business manager we came to an agreement where I became the latest proud owner of a rather Peppy Korean Subcompact! My experience dealing with Amanda was absolutely superb. This was my first new car purchase and it was everything I could have asked for and more. It may have been my first new car, but it was far from my first time dealing with sales people. Over the past several years I've test driven my fare share of vehicles and discussed numbers, all to come up short. I’m (and like so many others I’m sure) tired of dealing with sales people that act like they don’t have the time of day to deal with you unless you’re carrying a briefcase full of Benjamin’s. Amanda was the farthest example of this I’ve yet to see. She actually seemed to care about her job and takes pride in. She knew what I wanted and respected that. She was not pushy with trying to convince me to buy something I did not want, rather she inform me of options that I might like and that made a lot of sense (which concluded in me purchasing a higher model that I originally intended on buying, and I must say I would have been disappointed with after a month of owning). She was extremely knowledgeable on the product she was selling, which was nice for a change considering most do not. Every question I asked she had an answer for. …anyway I just lost my train of thought, I suppose I’ll go for a drive in my new Rio now, since this thing is so xxxx good on gas, and has such confident power for its size and class!
