"I Didn't Go There To Buy A Car!"..LOL! Not once did I feel that Amanda was trying to sway me one way or another o Upon visiting O'Regan's Kia Dartmouth, I was greeted in a friendly manner. Not once did I feel that Amanda was trying to sway me one way or another or that she was trying to sell the car to me. Instead, she wanted to know what I liked about the car, she was very factual, straightforward, personable, and knew her product. I highly recommend Amanda for anyone looking for a really nice car buying experience . In my past purchase experience, I've always felt as though dealerships are always trying to pull one over on me; but not this time. They were very upfront with the numbers and told me exactly what my car payments would work out to, which is great. I'd go back there in a heartbeat, without a doubt - as long as Amanda is still there lol. Amanda, if you're reading this: thank you for the best, most easy, simple, and enjoyable purchase ever. Kyle explained everything to me in fine detail (as I am not particularly educated when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repair) and was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, flexible, and friendly. KYLE THE SERVICE TECH ASSURED ME THAT HE WIL APRIL 10 I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR BACK UP CAMERA AND BRAKES. INITIALLY I HAD A ISSUE WITH SERVICE APPROACH. KYLE THE SERVICE TECH ASSURED ME THAT HE WILL FOLLOW UP WITH THE ISSUE ON MY CAR. I HAD DEALT WITH KYLE PRIOR TO THIS VISIT.... GOOD SERVICE APPROACH AND PLEASANT PERSON TO DEAL WITH. I INTRODUCED MYSELF TO BONNIE ROSE ABOUT THE INITIAL ISSUE. HER REACTION TIME IN TALKING TO THE ASSOCIATE TO FIX THE PROBLEM IS COMMENDABLE. I FELT FROM AN OUTSIDER TO BEING THE PART OF YOUR FAMILY. 2014 KIA Soul SX - so rad. Fell in love with this car before I ever stepped foot on the lot. When we finally went in to see one we met Derek, a friendly approachable guy, who s Fell in love with this car before I ever stepped foot on the lot. When we finally went in to see one we met Derek, a friendly approachable guy, who showed us the 2014 Soul SX that was in the showroom. Such a sweet car, the 2014 redesign made it so much more appealing than the previous version. After getting a hands on look, I knew that this car must be mine..it was a very Wayne's World moment. My wife and I chose to deal with O'Regan's KIA Dartmouth because I work with the husband of Amanda M.- their awesome, young, charismatic general manager. It doesn't hurt that the dealership was only minutes from our house. We negotiated with Amanda and she was terrific and easy to deal with. Our finances were sorted out by a combination of Kim and Maureen, they were both nice ladies as well. On the day we picked up our car, Derek was on hand to go over all the fine details and fill the gas tank. I'm actually stoked to drive a KIA and look forward to seeing some familiar faces when I'm in to service the car. More
