Shortsighted and slow I am not impressed with this dealership or my Kia Rio. At age 5 the wiper motor died wirh only high speed finally working..on a Wednesday morning. I drove 40 minutes to the dealer to confirm the motor has basically packed it in and they wanted me to wait until the part came in on the following Monday. Thankfully a woman service person said to the male service person that it was an emergency and ordered it for the next day...so I left my car...no part until Friday so finally done! Previously scheduled service where I waited took hours! Today o went in for a few complaints. ..rush on gas tank stem. ..creaking doors and drivers side housing in front of the tire was hangong down so I had taped it. I ordered the part as wasn't expecting it to be in....but also wasn't expecting they didn't fasten it down so after picking it up late and driving home I was greeted with more scraping as the piece let go ...my tape fell off...so much for safety and consent for me the customer! !!!Open tour eyes!!! More
