New car, GREAT! having to go through the process was not something I was looking forward to. I was a little stressed. That stress didn't last long once I met Jeff Black. He handled everything with ease, asking me what I was looking for specifically and making sure he stayed within my budget. He even went above and beyond by sending me links to cars that fit my description. At first I wanted another VW and I was dead set on having another one. Once he started telling me a little bit about the Hyundai Elantra and their amazing features, it didn't take long for me to get hooked. Took it for a drive and that was it, I was sold. Jeff was so laid back and he didn't put any pressure on me to buy anything. He provided me with all the information I needed but didn't make it feel overwhelming at all.
