New car, GREAT! having to go through the process was not something I was looking forward to. I was a little stressed. That stress didn't last long once I met Jeff Black. He handled everything with ease, asking me what I was looking for specifically and making sure he stayed within my budget. He even went above and beyond by sending me links to cars that fit my description. At first I wanted another VW and I was dead set on having another one. Once he started telling me a little bit about the Hyundai Elantra and their amazing features, it didn't take long for me to get hooked. Took it for a drive and that was it, I was sold. Jeff was so laid back and he didn't put any pressure on me to buy anything. He provided me with all the information I needed but didn't make it feel overwhelming at all. I thought buying a car was going to be a long process but it was the complete opposite. Jeff made it an amazing experience. Over the top service Our dealer was John Nole. My mother happen to be in the service department and asked John if he had any 7 seaters, that same day John emailed us the Our dealer was John Nole. At the same time we were dealing with the bank for a renewal mortgage and asked John to hold the SUV until we finished the approval. John was great we text every day, he was very patient with us. After a week he suggests we go speak with Rodney to start the application, we still were not sure what to do, Rodney gave some info that helped us with the renewal mortgage and we bought the SUV. All the work John did for us the holding the Vehicle and working with us with the price ,the experience was priceless. Rodney’s help greatly helped with our mortgage and hopeful we will get to finish our home the way we want because of the information he gave us . New car We were in looking for new cars March 2014, and Jon greeted us at the door with a smile. Offered beverage, and then asked what he could help us with. Asked us everything from what kind of cars we wanted, price etc, to what colour we wanted. He worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. So naturally when our new car was in an accident and written off Aug 2015, Jon was our first call. We put him on high alert, that we may be in soon. Sure enough, we were. He made the time for us, knowing we needed to act quickly. Again, asking all the same questions, what we were looking for, confirmed if we were also going to trade in our other car, (remembering that from a previous conversation from a chance run-in) to what colour I wanted. 2015 Sonata Hybrid Purchase I walked into Dartmouth Hyundai on a cold call visit on Monday to look into a 2015 Sonata Hybrid I had seen advertised. I was greeted at the door wit I walked into Dartmouth Hyundai on a cold call visit on Monday to look into a 2015 Sonata Hybrid I had seen advertised. I was greeted at the door with an offer of assistance and after informing them of my desire to speak to a salesperson, was immediately taken to see Jeff Black. I found Jeff knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and a strong supporter of Dartmouth Hyundai WITHOUT the expected hard sell to make a purchase....a refreshing change from past car buying trips. Not wanting to test drive the vehicle during supper rush hour, I returned the next day for a test drive, finding the vehicle prepped and ready to go upon my arrival Tuesday. I was so impressed with the vehicle, I informed Jeff that evening of my desire to purchase and did so the next day. After completing the paperwork with Ahmad Hasan in their finance department (again a knowledgeable individual of available ad ons re: warranty, body protection, etc. without the stereotyped regular hard sell I've experienced in the past) the car was detailed and ready for me to drive away. Before doing so however, Jeff Black ensured I had a tour of the service area and was introduced to a Service Adviser I could directly contact for future maintenance visits, etc. I have been a long term Ford customer in a two vehicle family and never experienced the relaxed, friendly, soft sell atmosphere coupled with the pride of working for their dealer I've seen in both Jeff and Ahmad. I'm looking forward to long relationship dealing with Jeff, Ahmad and Dartmouth Hyundai which most likely will end my Ford days.....something I would not have considered a week ago. More
